I love these shoes, I have had some problems with my feet and I never, ever go barefoot. I put these on as soon as I get out of bed and wear them in the house instead of slippers. I was worried that the part around the big toe might be uncomfortable but that was not the case. I have wide feet and the regular width is just right. I wear these or the Orthoheel flipflops when the weather is warm. I had the tan, recently ordered the black after waiting for my size to return to stock. Sadly, my dog chewed one of the new ones today so I just ordered another pair of black.

I love my Birkenstocks. I would recommend them to anyone. I am ordering another pair in white.

I love the look of these sandals but they definitely run towards the 5½ end of the range. They were way too big for my barely size 5 feet. I am sad to say that they are heading back.

It's winter time, haven't had much chance to wear them yet, but I did need to purchase a size 36, instead of the recommened 37 for a US size 6. I have a wide foot and this shoe is great for that.

I love. I have recently developed plantar fasciitis and need to be on my feet in my home all day. So I did not want to be wearing sneakers - I wanted something that would slip on and off easily. It had been a while since I owned Birkenstocks but remembered them being high quality. These did not disappoint. When I first tried them on, the strap closest to my ankle rubbed. All I did was tinker with the tightness of the straps and that was alleviated quickly. I also felt like my toes were jammed towards the top lip but gave them a chance to break in, fearing a size up would be too big. I was right: within a week or so, the footbed stretched and it was a much more comfortable fit. If I had sized up, it would have been too much. The arch support continues to help with my plantar fasciitis. I wear these daily and they fit like a glove.

Zappos is great! I ordered, had to return, (my error), put in a 2nd order so I could receive by Christmas. They are fast, efficient with my return, kept in contact with me about my return and my refund was speedy. Will definitely order from them again!

There is a full size difference between my left and right foot so I have a hard time finding shoes that fit comfortably. These do. Although the smaller foot looks like it's wearing a shoe that's a size too big, all the pressure points on the insole hit perfectly and the shoe doesn't feel at all too big. The shoes are very comfortable to wear. I have a habit of taking off what ever shoe I'm wearing whenever the opportunity presents because they never feel right. That isn't the case with these at all. They are awesome!

These are quite possibly the most comfortable Birkenstocks I've owned. I bought them as cute going out sandals, but found myself wearing them all summer long indoor and out. I literally did not want to take them off. I haven't worn Birks as often for the past several years and I don't know why! I will be remedying that.

Absolutely wonderful! I love these sandals so much. I bought them for our trip to France in August - wore them the entire two weeks, from the city to the countryside to the sea. I didn't need any other shoes. They held up great, super comfortable, we walked a ton and these were perfect! These look great with dresses, jeans, everything. I got them in the Antique Lace and they are a great off white with a hint of sheen. They were my first ever Birkenstock purchase but I know I will be buying more pairs! I'm sad that winter is coming because I'll have to take a break from these great shoes.

In my search for comfort during my last month of pregnancy, I purchased these shoes. Thus far, they have proven to be a great buy, as they are easy to adjust to the size of my swelling feet. I did purchase the next size larger; as I was in-between sizes pre-pregnancy, and my feet have grown since.

I have to say these are some pretty stylish shoes for Birkenstocks! They are very comfortable and support my high arch nicely. I highly recommend these for the trendy Birkenstock wearer.

How can a pair of shoes feel comfortable right out of the box? But these Birks did. The second day I even ditched my slippers in favor of these shoes. Look cute, feel great and hide the old-lady bunion, what more can you ask?

I wear an 8 1/2 and have a little wider foot. The 39 fits like a gem. The piece in between the toe is small and the buckle holes are perfectly placed. Great shoe at a great price. Looking forward to making these my new work shoes.

The shoes arrived sooner than I expected. I ordered these for my 16 year old daughter who has a small foot and could not find this size in stores. They were a perfect fit and she finds them very comfortable and fashionable.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Birkenstock Mayari sandals. They are extremely comfortable! They are the first shoe that I can walk all day in that don't ruin my feet, ankles and legs--no fatigue or pain in my feet, even when just standing for long periods of time. There was really no break-in time with these, they felt comfy right out of the box. A friend told me to ease into wearing them (1 hour per day) until your body gets used to them, but I don't know if this is necessary? The style of these is less "granola" than other styles and I've gotten TONS of compliments. I purchased mine with matte black straps--I love them and would definitely purchase again.

Cute style for Birkenstock sandals. Toe straps are a little bit uncomfortable but may loosen up a bit.

Ordered the 8-8.5 (39) in stone after reading the reviews and they are the perfect size for me. I usually wear an 8.5, but no smaller. I also have pretty high arches and I can feel the support. The first day I wore them, they rubbed a tiny bit on the inside of my foot where my big toe connects to my foot, but the following day, they didn't rub at all. I may buy some of those sticky heel inserts as I will be walking around campus everyday. Not much to complain about if anything at all! New everyday shoe for sure. Absolutely love these! Very stylish and go with everything.

LOVE these silver Mayari Birkenstocks! I have only worn the Gizeh style and was hesitant to try another. Most of the Birks are not really my style but these are perfect. They are super comfortable and more feminine looking than many of the styles. I bought them for my trip to Italy next week and I know they will serve me well walking all over the place. So happy with this purchase!

I think the sizing is off for this style of Birkenstocks. I typically wear a women's size 6-6.5, 6 in heels and 6.5 in flat shoes. I tried on the 37 narrow and it felt too long, so I ordered and received the 36 Regular the next day. I followed the "First Time Wear" instructions on the Birkenstocks official website for both pairs, which states, "Unbuckle ALL of the straps and place your feet in the shoes. Make sure your heels are ALL the way back in the heel cup of the shoes. The contours of the footbed should correspond to your own arch and the toe bar should fit comfortably beneath your toes, where your toes meet your foot. Before you stand up, look to see if there is adequate space for your feet (approx. ¼” for toes and heels, and 1/8” on the sides of your feet). You’ll want a little extra room because your feet will expand when you stand and walk." I could then clearly tell the 37 Narrow was way too big. I'm walking around my office right now in the 36 Regular and they are very comfortable.

Normally I wear 7.5 which is 38 Birkenstock. When bought my first pair, they were 1 size larger unfortunately. Switched to 37 and those fit perfectly! Other than that, great quality shoe, looking forward to put many many miles on them!

I got the golden brown version because it was the only brown in my size and I actually love them. They are comfortable and cute. I have narrow feet but the regular fits fine because the straps are adjustable. Overall, I am 100% happy with them.

Beautiful adjustable leather straps,soft footbed with great arch support. The soles seemed thick and sturdy. And the straps at the toe were very fitting and comfortable for my wider feet. Came quickly and nicely packaged up well. Love these shoes!! This was my first order for myself and I was very pleased with Zappos.

I have Plantar Faciitis and this is the only shoe I can wear without pain. They felt great right out of the box. The color is a beautiful color. Can be worn with blue or black. I wear an 8 and the 38 was a perfect fit. Zappos has the BEST customer service.

Love my Birks. These offer the traditional comfort but with a much more feminine look. I much prefer the traditional foot bed to the soft footbed (just not enough support). Takes some major breaking in, but so worth it. You can walk forever in these shoes. I normally wear an 11 (42) but have always worn a 41 in Birks.

Love these Birkenstocks they're my favorite pair out of the four Birkenstocks I own and thanks to Zappos they came fast and in perfect condition!
