The leather is incredibly soft and the shoe is very comfortable without really needing to break it in. It provides very good arch support. I would give it five stars but the top strap is a little too big. I like them so i took the top strap and put it under the other strap and it works fine.

Some shoes pinch my toes so I first ordered a wide and had to return it. The regular width is perfect for my toes but oddly enough the heel still slips when I walk. I think the Pacifica is really stylish and different than any sandal I have so I've compensated with heel pads to reduce the slip. I love the toffee color, it is a true shoe neutral and and the style looks great with shorts, capris, jeans and skirts. I'm waiting for warmer weather to really get some use out of these cute sandals.

Nice sandal to dress "casual" up a little. True to size. They do take little breaking in.

First order was too large. Replaced with half size smaller, fit well except ankle bone now hits the buckle. I cant wear the shoe.

I ordered these in the hopes of having comfortable work shoes. From the first try-on, I was disappointed. I ordered wide, and still the straps rubbed my little toes. The back rubbed against the back of my heel as I walked and wouldn't stay against my foot. The bottom did have arch support, but they definitely weren't comfortable to stand on. Disappointing, especially considering the cost.

The look nice but cause a lot of blisters, so wish I didn't wear them outside right away.

Love the look of the shoe! However, the strap closest to my toes was too tight and the strap was not adjustable. As well, I felt with closure around the heal, would rub blisters. Sadly, the sandals were returned, but they are a great look just not suitable for my feet.

I loved these sandals, but unfortunately i had to send them back. They had a buckle instead of the Velcro closure. I cannot twist my body around to hook the buckle. Other than the buckle I really liked them.
