I typically have a lot of difficulty finding shoes that work with all my foot problems: over-pronation, falling arches, narrow heel, wide toes, loose connective tissues... and the list goes on. These are great - and they look good too! When I first tried them on, I thought maybe my foot was being forced into an over-pronation position, but as I adapted, the problem resolved. First time in a long time I didn't need to add insoles or other accessories to make my shoes not hurt! #sweepstakes

I have skinny feet and toes that have been broken and hurt when squashed together. Also have flat feet and over pronation. Although I exercised my entire life, Being a Dental Hygienist for 25 yrs resulted in severe back pain and 8 hr surgery. Scar tissue from successful surgery caused me to suffer back pain for years . I bough Vionic flip flops and my back pain disappeared. Also was able to walk four miles with Orthodics . Although I have PTs and a PA in my immediate family, Nobody told me that ‘IT ALL STARTS WITH YOUR FEET’! I’m 67 yo and I wear the same size 6 clothes since my Twenties. Except for gaining 40lbs w both kids who I had in my early thirties. I’ve worn Hokas, Brooks, etc. Then I wore Altras with their super wide toe box and great fit for a year, although they didn’t look like normal a sneaker and I was slightly self conscious. They ‘set my toes free’! This past year, they stopped being made with same wide toe box . I searched intensely for a new pair with the same wide toe box but also made for skinny to normal sized feet. I saw Topo on YouTube . I Finally ordered them from my only sneaker store ZAPPOS. They have great wide toe box and enough arch support so no orthotics needed. Walking up deep hills in CO now. My daughter brought us up from FL 3 years ago.

I have been a long-time Brooks Ghost wearer, but after developing plantar fasciitis, I decided to try a shoe that had a wider toe box & low drop. Right out of the box, these were so comfortable. I gradually rotated them in because it had been years since I ran in a zero drop shoe. I absolutely love them. I don't feel like I am all over the place while running & my feet love these shoes. They haven't cured my PF, but I'm on the road to recovery. Love them so much, I'm back to buy trail Topos.

I love the natural foot shape toe box (this is non-negotiable for me anymore). Love the fit in the heels. My narrow heels don't slip. Very comfortable out of the box. Love the zero drop and cushioning, not too thin not too thick. Just right. Love the sophisticated colors like grey and black. I hate bright neon colors. I am not a runner. I only use these as my gym fitness trainers and general walking. Also bought the same pair for my husband. Definitely a TOPO fan now!

Nowadays typically run 3-5 miles 4 days a week. This is my first pair of Topo running sneakers. Past 6 years been running in Altra Rivieras. Finally decided to make a switch. Magnify 5's are so comfortable, flexible & love wide toe box. I have high arches, a neuroma & hammer toe on left foot. Ran 5.25miles today. My feet were so comfortable no issues!

I bought these after retiring my well-loved Ultrafly 4s and couldn't be happier! I do feel slightly overpronated in these but will be adjusting the insoles and expect them to be perfect after that. I am VERY picky about shoes. I love that these are wide in the toe box while being secure around the heel - no heel slipping which is my pet peeve! #sweepstakes

For working out and jogging, I have been wearing Hoka shoes for a number of years. I have the Topo fly-lite 4 that I use as a street shoe and decided to try Topo for athletic purposes. I overpronate and need a wide toe box and after reading reviews I decided to try this particular model.
Pro: very comfortable, plenty of room especially in the toe box, cushion insole. I like the way the shoe feels when I work out on the treadmill. They are light and my feet don't get too hot. I like the minimal heel when jogging.
Con: The shoe doesn't provide good support when needed for balance and a firm stance for example when lifting weights. As I get older, I find my ability to balance gets more compromised and I need the assistance of a firmer soled shoe. The soft cushion insole doesn't provide sufficient firmness and my feet wobble. I also wore this shoe on a 5 mile walk and my feet/legs felt more fatigued than when I were athletic shoes that provide more firmness.
Verdict: I like the shoe for some types of activity but not a go to shoe for all activities. I plan to insert my orthotics to see if this provides the firmness that I ultimately need when I am doing a mixed workout (treadmill/rower/weights).

I like that they are soft and deep enough to replace insert with my own orthotics. A lot of shoes are not. But the inside material makes a squeaking noise when my insert rubs on it. I put a piece of tissue paper between the two. Looking for a more permanent solution. The heel is built up. I prefer a rounded heel for a smooth heel to toe transition. When I step down I feel like the inside heel is sticking out and preventing a quite soft heel strike. I like that your toe depth has some height to it to prevent 1st toe from rubbing on the top of shoe. Maybe a little less bulbous would be good. I alternate between Topo and Altra. Depends on how much you all change a model I like and then I have to search again to find a new shoe. I wish the tongue was a little thicker and did not have stiff plastic on the top near ankle. It pokes into my ankle. I have to wear laces loose to be comfortable. If I wore these for running it would not work out.
Major complaint for both companies is the gaudy color options. Take a look around at current fashion trends for colors of athletic clothing. Yellow, orange, dirty teal, and red are not on the top of any common clothing colors. The combination of colors is gross. I often have to get boring black because the other options are ugly.

I figured I'd give these tops a try as I went from brooks to altra and loved the zero drop and wide toe boxes and they seemed to relieve a lot of joint stress while running. I did understand these topos had a slightly higher insole and more cushion than my altras (mainly escalante), but I did not expect them to be so incredibly different. They do seem like great shoes, about half size shorter than altras, but not comparable at all. These are extremely cushioned and the arch seemed incredibly intense and uncomfortable for me. I'm not sure if because the stack higher slightly taller than I'm use to, but it seemed to cause a lot more stress in my ankles, knees and calves. I will be keeping these shoes, try to adjust and use mainly for walking. I think they could be amazing shoes for many people, but not an alternative for those who do well with altras

This is my sixth or seventh pair of Topos. I love the roomy toe box in all I own (road runner, trail runners, and hiking boots!)
Some may say I have an addiction, but discomfort isn't an option in my active lifestyle.

I was having plantar fasciitis issues and started wearing HOKA's at my podiatrist recommendation, no relief and my feet were hurting all over. My daughter recommended I try TOPOS. The first day I wore them , no pain! AND $50 cheaper than those recommended, now Alli need is new Podiatrist!

My second pair of Magnifly 5 shoes and they are terrific for my aging (72yo) feet. I even play pickleball in them with no worries about lateral movements. Also bike in them. Don't have to use any inserts. After suffering from plantar fasciitis and breaking a foot in 2 places I am now comfortable and can be the active woman I Iove being!. #sweepstakes

My podiatrist initially recommended this brand. I love the colors and the wide toe box and wear them all the time. This is my 4th pair, They don't really wear out but I like a seasonal color refresh.

My feet love, love, love these shoes!!! I have been trying to find a shoe that would work with my current changing foot problems. This turns out to be just what I was looking for. The wide toe box has allowed less wear and tear on my little toe. The stability built into the design of the hind and mid foot sole helps prevent my over supination. How wonderful is that???!!
And they dry out quickly if you get caught in the rain. I would highly recommend giving these shoes a try.

The only shoes I wear because of the big toe box-no pinching even after a full marathon.

I'm a teacher so I'm on my feet all day! After work my chihuahuas expect a 30-40 minute walk. These shoes are durable and comfortable. I switched to Altria for a couple of years because of my plantar fasciitis but have come back to Topo. I'm back for good.
I am very interested in trying the Atmos to see how it compares to the Altra Via Olympus. The Atmos will be my next purchase.
I definitely would like to see a wider variety in color choices!

I have problem feet with one foot half size bigger than the other and a bunion on my bigger foot. Shoes always hurt but not these. I wear these ALL the time. They are so comfortable and never hurt my feet. I wish they came in a thicker material since I live in the north country and there's still snow on the ground here. Nevertheless, they are my favorite shoe in my closet by far! Thanks Topo!
