I use them un the gym. They are perfect transitioning from the treadmill or stair climber to the free weights or weight machines.

I have been wearing the ST after workouts and long runs. It helps my feet spread out and provides just the right amount of cushion.

My Topos are very comfortable. I wear them as every day shoes as well as running shoes.

This is my first minimal shoes I bought by accident to get use to zero drop, then I had to train in low zone 2 barefoot on the beach and before I knew it, I realised this was the only shoe that could reproduce a close to 180bpm quality stride at low HR while gaining speed. It's light, it's simple, it's sturdy (could do better in that department), it's effective. PLEASE ADD COLOURS!!!!!

Wear all day. Very comfortable. Not as much padding as magnify fly zero drop which I own but still a good feel. Like them more than MF because less padding.

I love these shoes! They are my daily drivers for work and play. My only complaint is the available colors. I have the grey ones, but I'm really not much of a grey person. Please add colors in warmer tones (khaki would be perfect).

I wear these for work in healthcare. I am always on my feet and moving up to 10hrs a day.

Great, drop-zero shoe for life in general. Very cool-looking and comfortable.

I am not a "runner" per se, but I do lots of workouts with running involved in them. These shoes have been exactly what I needed. I've used wide toe shoes in the past but they didn't have enough cushion. I also didn't want a huge pillow like some running shoe brands. These hit the happy medium right on the nail. The arch support is noticeable like other people said but not a problem at all. Very light, very flexible, very comfortable. I have a history of ankle sprains and foot pain and these haven't triggered any discomfort during or after my runs. Excellent option for wide toe running.

I love the way these shoes feel, but wish the styling were more interesting and had some different textures or something to improve the look. They're kind of boring , design-wise. Would love some other color options. The engineering? Chef's kiss!

I really like the ST-5, I use them for rowing and gym workouts. They are very wide just like my Topo trail runners. I usually wear 11.0 but in Topo's I have gone to 11.5. The ST-5 does have a high arch support and comfortable mid and heel. I really enjoy the light weight and low stack height. This is my 3rd pair of Topo's, I've been very happy so far. #sweepstakes

This is my favorite Topo shoe so far of the five pairs I own. I find this shoe to be very comfortable and stable. This shoe has just the right amount of cushion. I find shoes with too much cushion can throw off my balance. I would like to see more color options for this style shoe!!!!

The list comfortable shoe I've ever owned. Like they are molded to your foot with lots of room for the toes!

I love everything about this shoe. Comfy toe box and secure through the heel and midfoot. have 300+ miles so far on my ST-5 and feel I can get another 100-200 more since I use them for easy runs. I will be purchasing again when I need to replace them.

Great for walking the neighborhood and strength training workouts.

I'm so glad to have been introduced to Topo. I love the toe room and the arch support. It's like I'm wearing my Birkenstocks.

I rotate through four other topo shoes, so I haven't run in these enough to comment on that type of performance. However they are my favorite shoe to weight train or walk in. The fit and feel is great. They offer just enough substance that I don't get the negative effects barefoot shoes often cause.

Overall a great lightweight zero drop minimalist shoe. If you have run in previous versions of the ST, these have a bit more padding in the heel cup which meant I had to buy them 1/2 size larger. I preferred the previous heel cup, but the new one doesn't bother me. I have ran through probably 15 pairs of ST-2,3,4's, the toe box reminds me of the ST-3 which was my personal favorite. They removed the polymer reinforcement around the toe from the ST-4 which I personally didn't like.

This is the third pair of sneakers that I bought , they feel like I am wearing no shoes at all. Very comfortable

First pair bought for everyday wear. On my feet on concrete working most of the day. Very happy with comfort and construction so far.

6+ foot guy, 215 lbs. I use them daily and also run in them with NO issues. Sizing is spot-on. I have high arches and semi-wide feet. If you plan to use a custom insole, you may have to size-up 1/2 because the one included is super minimalist. I wish every pair of shoes fit and felt like these. 3 months of daily use, and the tread & foam is holding up well. The entire upper is an elastic mesh that dries quite quickly. Can't wait to try more models from Topo
