These shoes were beautiful but not comfortable and had to be returned. I was disappointed. I tried them in a 10w, 10.5 w; 11; and 10ww and none of them worked.

These shoes are very cute! Could easily go from a dressy office to evening. But they are shorter than the size I ordered.

they run really, really, really small.

Felt like they were made of plastic. Squeaked when I walked. Pretty, if you're not picky about having leather that gives and breathes.

smaller and narrower than you think. The detail on top is cute, but higher on my foot than I expected - making it look more matronly than chic.

Very, very narrow. I ordered 1/2 size larger in a wide width (C) and still felt like Cinderella's step-sister after the ball. Not even close to being a medium, much less a wide. Very nice styling,but if you can't get it on your foot, what doe that matter?

They're very pretty but uncomfortable. Too shallow in the toe box, and hard against my toes. I think I need soft leather shoes that can accommodate my feet. These don't work.

The shoes came in an unmarked box. There is no size indicated on the shoes themselves. Obviously they are not the size I ordered because I could not get my feet in them.

I ordered a 13M and they were to small. They must run small

The Size ran Short. The materials, "faux leather," were inflexible and would not become more comfortable with wear. The best part of the transaction was Zappo's Customer Service which was unequalled.

As others have posted I also had the heel come of both shoes.

Uncomfortable shoe. The upper is very stiff, feels like it’s cutting into my foot. Probably doesn’t help that this shoe feels at least a half size smaller than stated, perhaps almost a full size smaller. And the W width felt anything but. Color is nice and neutral. But it’s going back.

Product of terrible quality's only a couple of hour of use and they lost the heel, I do not recommend them, they are garbage.

Very Narrow. I find I always need WW in J. Renee unlike other vendors where I only need W.

I loved these shoes. However, I could not even get my foot into them. I am a VALID 9M. WAY TOO SMALL.

This review if for a size 8W in Black1 (patent). I ordered a wide, but this shoe was quite tight in the toe box - both on the big toe (I do not have bunions) and squeezing my small toe as well. What I found unusual was that the shoe was also long and slipped off the back of my heel from the first step. Nice looking shoe, so this will have to go back. Love Zappos return policy and hope this never changes!

Too small

I had to return. They were way to wide, even though I ordered a narrow.

There was no 9M available, so I ordered 9W. I can't believe these are long enough or wide enough to be 9M or 9W. Very small in the toe area, very short as well. Disappointed, as these are great looking shoes and matched my vintage alligator purse ;(

I ordered 9WW shoes. The box said they were that size, but the shoes inside were much narrower, one more so than the other. One of them was probably a medium, the second was possibly a wide, or even a narrow. I couldn't find the sizes on the shoes. The 8.5WW size shoes are a little tight, but might be okay.

My feet looked like Minnie Mouse's feet. They do not fit true to size. I wear a solid 9 wide. I ordered both 9 wide and 9.5 wide, and they are not even close to fitting. Too bad, pretty cute shoes, returned.

I did not read the product information thoroughly and although these shoes look pretty on, they are not leather and are very stiff on my feet. And they squeaked when I walk, very plastic looking and feeling. The heel height is perfect as I have had an ankle injury and need something with a low heel. But I sent them back. I am usually a 9.5, ordered that and the 10. Lengthwise, the 10 fit better. Wish they were softer.

I ordered a wide and I really feel like these shoes were actually a narrow width. Not even the regular width. Definitely not wide. I wonder if it was mislabeled. Terribly narrow. Beautiful shoe, though! Also- Zappos used to deliver their orders overnight- fabulous idea- it took 4 days to get these shoes. I ordered them Thursday afternoon and received them Monday afternoon. That’s a bummer- because I know it can be done- before Amazon bought Zappos- they had amazing overnight delivery and customer service. Now, just like everybody else. Will be returning them.

Stiff and unattractive. Going back.
