These are not the style I ordered, there is no notch in the front as in the photo.

The Wide wasn’t quite wide enough for me, but I think it’s my older feet. The shoe itself is lovely.

I absolutely loved the style of these shoes because of the lower heel. These black shoes would have been great for dressy occasions for an older person like me. Sadly, I had to send 3 sizes back. My usual size is 9.5W. The 9.5 W was way too large, leaving a good half inch of space in the heel. I tried the 9W and the 8.5W, but both were too tight in the toe box. So I guess my search continues on Zappos for a similarly styled shoe. It's tough because I have had a lot of foot surgery, but with Zappos, there are so many brands to choose from. The returns process was incredibly smooth, and as always, I won't shop anywhere else for shoes. Thank you for such a liberal returns process. I have recommended Zappos to all of my friends, and they, too, love your outstanding service!

This shoe runs small and tight. I normally wear a 9 Wide. After reading reviews I ordered a 9.5 double wide (WW). Even the 9.5 was too short, tight in the toes. Super cute shoe though, so I will order a 10 WW. Unlike some other wide shoes, the heel does not slip; nice and snug, which is good, since my heels are normal, just my toes are wide.

These are way too fancy for my needs. If you are going out to a fancy event they'll work great for you.

The shoe looks good however it was much smaller than advertised. I bought a 9 and I can usually squeeze into an 8.5 if necessary but I couldn't come close to squeezing into this size 9 shoe.

Wow, I just might have found my go-to dress shoe! The heel height is perfect for me, and the toe isn't too snug as so many dress shoes seem to be. I tried my usual size and width but felt very small--had to go to my usual size and C instead of B width. I might need to use a heel pad to keep it from slipping too much but I think will work. And if they do--I'm coming back for another color! I like the Dove Grey Metallic---dressy, but not overly metallic, like the Silver seemed it might be. I'd call this a very neutral color.

Beautiful shoes that look great with almost anything. They run VERY small; I needed a full size up from my usual. There's a tighter taper than you think on the outer front; probably not comfortable for people whose toes are more squared.

Very pretty. I wear narrow so was glad to find this, width fit well and good support. But had to return it as it runs a bit short.

Beautiful shoe. Significantly smaller, more than half a size. I needed a full size larger to be able to walk comfortably.

These shoes are very sparkly, which is not really reflected in the photos online. :)

Beautiful shoes, stylish and feminine. However, I require some arch support and these have none. A little tight on top of the big toe, but not uncomfortably so. Would absolutely buy if they had some support.

These shoes look great. I wish they were available in a wider width because the person for whom they were purchased has very wide feet. White pumps are hard to come by, so I was glad to find ones that were a bit of an update for my family member who hails from the generation that finds them a staple of her wardrobe. Thank you, J. Renee, for making them!

Love the look of these, and the arch seems comfortable, but they're too small. I'm going to exchange them for a bigger size. Love how Zappos makes it so easy to shoe shop!

Nice shoe but hurts my toes on right foot! Especially my big toe.

It's a nice shoe. I ordered the pearl beige, size 8.5(W). It looks gold and fits narrow so, I'll be returning it.

My mother is happy with the shoes. She especially likes the rubber soles. But, I would not say the shoes are metallic grey, they are more taupe and not really metallic.

If you want a dress shoe without a tall heel this may be the shoe for you! Comfortable with a classic style. Good investment!

love the shoe, hate the glitter pattern. It would be great if I had a formal event, but it's not for a work shoe. I thought it was black leather.

This is a beautiful shoe, though doesn't have the inside comfort of a more expensive shoe (probably typical for these really fancy type of shoes). I was excited to find one with a low heel -- very rare!! The toe box seemed not too deep (height/depth, not length), so the tops of my toenails touched, especially if I put in a flat shoe insert for a bit of padding and to try to make the 7 fit -- may have needed a 6 1/2. It is stunning, though.

Very comfortable- I just did not like the way they looked with my dress. Heal is little too chunky.

I ordered an 11M in black (glitter fabric). Very nice shoe, but just too big, very sloppy on sides and heel.

Dazzling shoe, runs small. My toes were pinched in a M, still so with a W.. I've returned them.

I loved the look of these shoes, but they were too small. I started out with an 8AA, which is the size I normally wear. They were too small, so I tried a 8.5AA, also too small. Then I tried a 9AA. These were still too short but they were too big in width. I'm very disappointed because they are lovely shoes!

I never have to adjust my size in a brand I successfully wore in the past but this particular shoe just fits short. The width (wide) was fine but I would definitely order a half-size larger. I bought the shoe to wear with a particular outfit for a wedding and it puts a nice pizazz in it.
