I love these shoes. They are so classy. That gold heel adds the right touch. I was looking for a low black pump for a while now and these were the most beautiful ones I found. As far as comfort: I buy Cole Haan a lot and I did not find these to be as comfortable as Cole Haan's but they weren't that uncomfortable either - they were decent as far as comfort. All in all it was a good purchase and I plan on buying them again.

These shoes fit perfectly and I wear them often. I like the low heel and the dressy look

The shoes were purchased for my active Senior Mother. My Mom thinks they are an awesome fit, the wide width is comfortable & the 1 1/2” heel height is just right too.

I love these! They are a little too understated for me, but it's hard to find low black flats that are dressy. I really like the pretty gold heel.

Loved this shoe and was so happy to see that it came in my size 12 WW. That size fell off, being too long and too wide. I exchanged (Thank you, Customer Service!) for the next size down which was 11WW. This was too small in the toe box. Wish it came in an 11.5 but the style just may not be for an extra wide foot. So disappointed. Difficult to find a stylish dress shoe with closed toe extra wide toe box and narrow heel.

Loved the shoe but I was expecting it to be a little bit to big rather than being too small.

I ordered a half size bigger from previous reviews and the shoe fit perfectly. Nice looking shoe and I love the heel height. Very comfortable, too.

These are cute and much easier to walk in than many heels. I have a narrow foot and these fit surprisingly well. I was looking for a silver shoe to wear with a bridesmaid dress, and these are the winners!

I am often between sizes and this shoe is a perfect fit for me. It is stylish and comfortable. I am very pleased with this shoe.

I was pleasantly surprised that this shoe fit just perfectly and the heel did not slip off my foot and was so comfortable. The shoe was made for my foot! It is also classy and very attractive. Looks much more expensive.

I absolutely love the look of this shoe. The heel is low so it's comfortable. I ordered both navy and black and they were both beautiful. Unfortunately the shoe was too small in my normal size and too big in a 1/2 size larger. I would have kept both the black and the blue if they had fit.

These are timeless! Great textured material and “bling” in the heels are great. Ordered in multiple colors. A great find

After reading the reviews, I ordered 8.5W, whereas I often wear an 8 regular width (but sometimes an 8.5). I think the 8.5 will be fine, though it feels slightly tight (but not uncomfortable). I've ordered the 9 just to double check and see which is best for me. So I agree with others that you should order larger than usual. Meanwhile, though, I love the look and style and they seem well made. I'm looking forward to wearing them once I settle on the right size.

I was looking for a pair of dressy flats and these are very pretty with a low heel.

A beautiful, really comfortable shoe. The 7.5W fit me perfectly. I returned it only because I wanted true navy, and this was a slightly different blue.

I bought them to wear at my daughter’s wedding and they worked out great.

I bought these at the last minute for a semi-formal wedding in a mountain meadow. I had a leg injury & couldn’t wear stockings, but my skirt was midi-length & bandages etc wouldn’t show. I have a side bunion on one foot & top bunion on the other—always tricky to find comfortable & good-looking shoes, esp heels, which I rarely wear. These pumps were incredibly comfortable with no stockings (& I forgot footies), even though I didn’t have time to break them in. I wore them the entire event without one complaint, & despite leg injury, danced up a storm post-dinner...& speaking of storm, right after ceremony concluded, a wicked storm broke as we were heading for the dinner/dance tent. By the time we got there, we were soaked, & these shoes were coated in red mud. No one let that stop a magical evening. After the mud was dry, I took a sonic scrubber, loosened all I could, re-wet the shoes & scrubbed them off. They look like new, and are sparkley as ever. Hooray!! (My first ever Zappos review ??)

Many thanks to previous reviewers who said this shoe runs smaller and narrower than most shoes of the same size. I ordered a half size larger and one width wider, and got a perfect fit. This shoe offers class and sophistication, for a very reasonable price. I’d definitely buy it again.

Super cute. But, the 7.5 WW I ordered seemed more like. 7 W. I would recommend a 1/2 size larger and 1/2 width wider

This item was returned to you along with two other pairs of returned shoes in this same order. --All three pairs of shoes were in the same box and returned. Why am I not credited for this return? --I've been a customer at Zapoos for years. This is a first.

Way too tight on the toes. Feels short compared to a Trotters brand pump.

very, very sparkly looking in person. The wide was VERY wide. Felt like I could have ordered a half-size down in a wide.Low heel is comfortable.

This shoe is a half size smaller than regular size
