So disappointed in Minnetonka's lack of consistent sizing. We buy at least one pair of these a year and each time I question what size to buy, the last pair was an 8 even though my daughter and I both wear a 7.5. This time I ordered two pair, both an 8 and they are both much too large. I answered 1/2 size larger but it could very well have been a whole size larger. I will wait to try on in store so I don't have to return another pair or two. I appreciate Zappos great service but again, disappointed in Minnetonka.

I wear a size 5, so that's the size I ordered. These slippers are way too large! I am sending them back. I step out of the back of them even with socks on.

When they arrived I was thrilled with the comfort. Not even a month later the string broke and the inside lining became very matted down losing there comfortable factor. Sending them back. I just received my Fitzwell brand moccasin slipper.

They are okay... the heel slides off the back as you walk in them which bugs me but may not bug you. I also find that my feet still get a little cold in them. They are relatively comfortable but I would not buy another pair when they are worn out.

For me, and I tried on several pairs...even a full size larger was too small. My toes were still at the end of the slipper. Very disappointed. They used to fit perfectly. Don't know what brand I will be forced to switch to now.

Issue with front flap, I ordered these twice, and both pairs came with the front left flap turned under so it rubs on the top of your foot. Also, my heal lifts out the slipper and I ordered a half size down. They look great, but don't have the comfort or fit.

I love Minnetonka and have bought several pairs of their shoes before and never been disappointed until this purchase. The style of these shoes is very very cute, but there was some kind of manufacturing flaw with them. The right side of the right shoe is warped and sticks out really far, especially if I'm moving at all and not just standing still it is very obvious. It looks like someone will a size 13 in men's tried to put these on and walked around in them for a couple days, it is all stretched out and awkward looking so much so that I don't even want to wear them and they are brand new. I know it is not just me either because a couple people have commented on it to me as well. But like I said I have bought tons of pairs of this brand of shoe and never had a problem until now, so maybe it is just a fluke. I wouldn't let this deter you from buying this brand, just make sure you try them on and walk around in them inside on carpet before you go for a stroll outside to make sure there are no factory defects. I don't like them, they are too tight. I'm still waiting for them to stretch, as some reviews said they would. I didn't return them because I expected them to stretch. If I keep them on for more than an hour, the part of the leather lace that is inside the shoe begins to hurt my foot. I wanted a house shoe that I could also wear outside, they do that, but I'm very unhappy with this purchase. I keep wearing them because I keep hoping they will stretch!

This is my second pair of these. At first I loved them for the style and comfort, but the tie started to not stay tied on my first pair and no matter whether I double knotted, they would just keep coming untied. So I bought a replacement pair and it started happening to the new pair. It's really annoying.

These are constantly falling off of my feet. They are horrible shoes for a mom on the go. The ties come undone and have also already broken in one place.

Somehow I missed review warnings that these moccasin slippers run small. They sure do. Even though I bought my regular shoe size,they are very uncomfortably tight right out of the box. I am trying to wear them for just a little bit each day in the hopes that I can get them to stretch out. But ten minutes is about all I can manage at a time until they do stretch.

I first ordered my regular size 6 in these slippers but they were way too wide and just a tiny bit too long. So I ordered down to a size 5 and they were too short. Sadly they won't work for me.

These slippers are very wide. I have fairly wide feet and these were still too wide for me, they gaped at the edges. The soles are also very uncomfortable - they are not flat, they are curved, so the slippers felt wobbly whenever I walked in them. I definitely would not want to go down stairs carrying a baby while wearing these. Unfortunately I have to send them back.

I am very bummed out with these slippers. My husband bought me a different pair of slippers in this brand in a size 9 and they were huge on me, probably closer to a 10½-11. We ordered a 9 again in these, nervous that they would be way too big again and they are way too small! My feet are weird (one is 8½, one is 9) but 8½ usually works, 9 is great. These have got to be size 8. Bummer. I am probably not going to waste my time and Zappos shipping costs on Minnetonka again. That is sad because they are so cute.

Not worth the price. I bought the brand "Great Northwest" from Fred Meyers a year ago & they are much better and on sale. Same type of slipper, but the Great Northwest has a much better sole, thicker so you can go outside with no problem. I don't expect the Minnetonka to last very long.

These slippers were super cute but oddly, felt too big around the top opening portion of the shoe. The footbed felt like the right size, but when I went to take a step, the slipper came right off my foot. They will be returned.

I guess I'm in the minority here, but these just did't work for me. As a size 7.5, I ordered the 7, and found it a bit loose at the heel, but with my toes rubbing up against the front. An 8 would have been huge, the 7 just not comfy at all, and aren't slipper supposed to be the most comfortable thngs in your closet? Will continue to search for a navy blue slipper elsewhere on this site.

The shoes tend to be a bit wide and a bit short. It can be difficult to find a really good fit. Working with Zappos though is always wonderful.

Felt a half size smaller (I'm an 8...should have ordered an 8.5) and the black stains your foot!

I've gone through 2 pairs of these things!! No one else seems to have the issue I'm having, but after no more than 1 month, they're practically falling off of my feet. The inside lining is coming out, the stitching on the outside is coming off, and the tie string broke off!! Yeah, they're warm and for the period of time I was actually able to wear them. They were awesome, but these things are just falling apart and I only wear them in the house!!!

These shoes didn't last a week without the stitching coming loose, and all I've done is wear them around the house. And now I've had them for about two months and the ties on the top have also both broken. I don't think these shoes are worth the price, although I love the design.

These slippers are just okay. For the money, not good. They fit larger than size and the leather strap on one broke soon after I began wearing them.

Not so pleased. The fit is extremely tight but I am trying to stretch them out with a shoe stretcher since I ordered the largest size possible. I am usually a size 10 but ordered a size 11 but it is still too small.

This slipper is cozy, but has absolutely no support. Its generic construction makes it feel as though you have the wrong shoe on each foot. I wear a 9 1/2 to 10, so I got the 10, which is uncomfortably tight in the toe box. Perhaps the wrong size is sewn into the shoe? Good if you don't mind foot binding or no support. Very cute. Too bad I'm sending them back.
