I love these shoes! I'm a size 8 1/2 I bought a size 8 and I got them and to my disappointment my toes were jammed. I then returned then for a 9 and it was a little snug at first but within hours they fit perfectly. I love these shoes! I wear them everywhere, around the house and to school. They were my favorite shoes until it rained. Unexpectedly it rained one of the days I wore them and the shoes were ruined. They were stained and crusty. But because I love them so much I'm buying another pair to replace my ruined shoes. Overall they are great shoes just don't get them wet!

I love these. They are very comfy and cute. Also sturdy enough to go out to get the mail or take out the trash.

I normally wear a 7½, but these do not come in half sizes so I ordered an 8. They were way too big. I had no problem exchanging them, Zappos' customer service was excellent. They sent the replacement pair next day. The 7 was a bit short at first, but they stretched and fit fine now. I wear these outside the home and they are comfortable and cozy in the cold weather. I love them!

I bought these for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She wears a 9-1/2 so after reading the reviews I sized up to a 10. She was walking right out of them so I re-ordered a 9 and returned the original pair. Being a vipZappos member was great, I had the new pair the next day and my daughter-in-law was so happy! The 9's were a bit tight but stretched out quickly. Great service, and cool mocs!

A nice, cozy slipper if you don't live in an extremely cold climate. In Florida, these are perfect! I've bought a pair for myself, my mother and my grandmother! We all love them.

A comfy, warm, wonderful slipper, great for wearing around the house. My fiancee and I each have a pair. We had to order them in a size smaller than what we wear in normal street shoes; they were a bit snug to begin with, but they stretch, and now they fit great.

FIT Based on 418 reviews, I ordered my size, then half size down and a full size down. My size is 7-7.5, M. I fit into the size 6. It was painful on my toes at first, but within a week, it should stretch to fit. They are my go-to around the house, but summer may be a different story since the faux fur inside will be too warm. As far as width, it is wider, but not totally bothersome. Color. The cinnamon was not as pictured, and Zappos should switch the image out. It was more of a tan/gray combo. So I just went for the chocolate suede because it looks great anyway, and was true to the pictures. Also consider that you may drip things on it, especially while cooking. Chocolate therefore, was the best choice, because it's more forgiving. STYLE Simple. Classy. Timeless. Faux fur is not my thing, but it doesn't show so much. Wearing them without socks is my favorite way, for comfort and look. I love being able to wear them in the PacNorthwest year round and the frigid cold of Michigan winters. Please make some indoor for summer weather!

Love these shoes/slippers! This is the 3rd pair I've purchased since Christmas. The 1st 2 pairs were gifts to my granddaughters, who never seem to take them off so I purchased a pair for myself. It's like walking on clouds. They snuggle your feet and keep them toasty warm but not sweaty hot. Great for people who are on their feet a lot because they feel like a foot massage with every step. Highly recommend for everyone.

I am a true size 6.5, but ordered a size 6 based on the reviews. They were very tight when they first arrived, but after a couple of days the leather relaxed and now they fit perfectly. I can even wear them with socks on really chilly days. A size 7 would have been far too big. The hard sole is bonus as well.

I have worn this style of slipper for years, and have given them to numerous relatives, who've also loved them. Warm, comfy, easy on and off even with socks in the winter. Love them!

Bought these for my wife for Xmas and she absolutely loved them. They are really good quality and the wool inside the slipper is very comfy! It's an all around well made slipper that will last a long time.

I gave two pairs of these for Christmas gifts, including one for my teenage cousin and one for my sister in college. Both seem to wear them all the time! I snuck them on to try and while they are less ridiculously luscious than Ugg slippers, they were way cuter and still very comfortable.

Zappos is amazing, and always has been. The customer service is the beyond amazing as they really do care and will bend over backwards to help you. I have recommended them to everyone that I know. You will not ever be disappointed, that I can say with the utmost sincerity. Keep doing what you are doing Zappos. You rock!

Just what I wanted but a full size too big. I just returned it and ordered the next size. Love these shoes! It's my second pair.

I love these slippers/shoes. They are a great addition to my wardrobe. When I first tried them on the seemed a little tight in the toe but I have been wearing them and now they fit very well. So it does take a few wearings to break them in. I have a medium to narrow foot.

Comfy and warm! Love these slippers. The size does run small...wear an 8, ordered a 9. Love the rubber sole, keeps me from slipping and sliding around the house. Definitely a great buy!
