You get what you pay for with these, I'm afraid. Cute looking, run very large I feel; I ordered a half size down and they're still too big, and zero support for your feet. I will wear them to scuff around the house.

I ordered the taupe suede color and had to return it because it was too large. I also thought that the color was not what was shown. It looked much more like the brown suede color. When I got my second pair which now fit, the color still does not match what is shown for the taupe suede. They are too light more like the brown suede color - tan in color. Not sure if I'm going to keep them for this reason.

This will be the last pair of Minnetonkas that I will buy for awhile. Unfortunately, they just keep making the soles narrower and narrower (I once held up a new pair to an old pair and there was a full quarter inch decrease in the sole width!) and over the past few years I have noticed some corresponding pain in my feet where the side my foot hangs over the sole. This time I attempted ordering the wide and was shocked when I opened the box and they looked even narrower than my last non-wide pair! I'm very disappointed as I always thought these shoes would be a forever staple in my wardrobe.

These super soft suede moccasins are well made - unfortunately not well sized. Disproportionately Wide in the mid-shoe and the heel and not the toe box.

Cute, comfy shoes with excellent construction... but this style definitely runs big and wide, which caused an sloppy looking, open gap along both sides of my feet. FYI, I usually have a hard time with shoes being too short/narrow. My other Minnetonka Mocs all fit much more snuggly. Also, the pink color is more of a coral than a true bubble gum pink. So sad, because I really wanted to love this fun Moc as an added bright pop of color... instead they will be going back.

Buyer beware if you buy these shoes in black. The dye from the shoe leaves one's feet black. Worse than that, I almost ruined a leather ottoman before I realized where the black spots on the ottoman were coming from. It was a mess to clean up.

The shoe is cute but the hot pink looks waaaaay more like red. I was expecting it to be bright but its pretty dark to be hot pink. I ordered a 7.5 but its really big... I normally order an 8 because I have a wide foot but in flats I can get away with a 7.5 because they often stretch. I get the feeling these will stretch too. To be safe, I would order a size smaller if i were you.

I was so excited to receive these, then disappointed when I opened them. I had been excited to get hot pink shoes. They were a very soft, ballet shoe pink, instead. They were comfortable, but I feel as though they were not at all what I had seen in the photo. As others mentioned, they should be bought smaller. I didn't believe it, but honestly size down.

I got these in my normal size (8.5), but should have ordered at least a half size smaller - they're very soft and fall off my feet when I walk. I started wearing them with thick socks and that seems to work. Love the color.

Beautiful shoes but they are very wide around the base of the foot behind the fringe flap. This is the best way I can describe it. Almost like they are for someone with a very wide foot.

These moc looks like someone purchase it used it couple times is stretch out, then put it in a washing machine to clean it and return it.then they sold it to me all used n wash.

I ordering my normal size (8.5) and they were way too big. I exchanged for a size 8.0 and they still felt a little floppy. I thought I didn't want to risk them stretching out any further, so I got size 7.5 but could barely wedge in my foot -- obviously too small. In summary, these definitely run large, and unfortunately none of the sizes fit perfect. All in all I had three go rounds with Zappos, and returned in the end. Not Zappos' fault by any means, shipping was super-fast, something like next business day delivery, and returns free and easy, but still disappointed that they did not fit. Quality of the shoes was ok, but in one of the shoes there was a seam that was very scratchy. This was a problem with just one particular shoe, but beware. I had bought "Minnetonka" shoes from another store, but apparently theirs was some kind of dupe -- similar design but with differences. But much more comfortable, smooth as silk inside, and fit just right. Who knew?

Even though I rated these True to size/width, that's only because I know that suede moccasins will stretch. However, I could barely fit these on my feet, and once I managed to cram my foot in there, they were quite a bit tight. I am very sensitive to blisters so I can't take the chance of the tight suede rubbing against my heel while I wait for them to stretch to my foot. Also, as to be expected with a moccasin, there is very minimal arch support.

They are extremely comfortable and super cute! However, the color I ordered online looked nothing like the color I received. The ones I got were a lighter brown, and I was expecting a darker brown. They also felt a little stretched out like they were previously worn compared to another pair of the same brand shoes I purchased elsewhere. A few minor setbacks, but I definitely want to purchase these in a few more colors. Make sure to order half a size smaller than your actual shoe size because they run slightly larger.

I wear a size 8.5, but they fell off my feet. The medium width was true to size. They're very cute, so I'll send them back and size down. If they fit I would have given 5 stars straight across.

Ordered a 7.5 - way too big so I ordered a 7. Still too big and too wide. Very cute casual shoe for a great price but not for narrow feet.

These run huge! Not only big but wide as well! I will be sending them back for a 3 time. Hopefully she gets a size that fits. I think I will have to order 1 full size smaller for her.

These are just OK. Really cute, a bit large. I'm usually a 9 or 8.5 so I had to size down to the 8.5. NO ARCH SUPPORT. They're basically like a slipper you can wear outside. I also have the silver metallic ones and they are a stiffer, treated suede and they provide more support!

I'll order again but in a smaller size and insert arch support.

Love the Mocs, but should have ordered a full size smaller, they are way too big. I will have to wear heavy socks with them.

I had to return the first pair I purchased because within just a few days the sole came detached from the shoe, I returned them and received a new pair. I am hoping that was just a fluke because I have been enjoying the new pair very much. They stretch out just a bit, so maybe order a half size down, I wish I had. The leather laces seem to come undone a lot, I wish I knew how to keep them tied better. Other than that they are comfy and cute and I love them, I wear them almost everyday due to their versatility.

I am returning these moccasins because there is a tear on the left shoe. We wanted to reorder this same shoe but there are none in stock in the size we need. So we are just returning. Maybe because of the tear the left shoe felt a whole size larger than the right one.

These are very cute, but very basic moccasins-- no arch support, no cushion. They run a little big and stretch with wear. I wish I would have ordered a size smaller.

These are so cute and comfortable. I really liked them. Unfortunately, they don't have much structure and they became worn out very quickly. Cute and comfortable for about 1-2 months!
