Need to go two sizes down

NB is the only shoe available that fits however they last about 2 months and the inside lining at the back of the heel wears through to had plastic

The toe protection area of this shoe was a little snug around my toes. This shoe was painful for me to try to wear. Feet starting hurting after 3 hrs of wearing. The insoles were thin. i changed them but issues were the same.

Shoe design was just what I was looking for as far as interest. The color was spot on. However, once I received the shoes and opened the box and picked up the shoe it was way more heavier than i expected. The shoe was more bulkier and rounded. No arch support and after a few minutes of walking with the shoe my feet were more tired and draggy and I need something lightweight since I work for Amazon and running is apart of my route delivery. I am surprised that new balance has this particular type of shoe and doesn't represent well with being comfortable and flexible. Not what I expected!

Insole was literally 1/8" thick on the heel. And the footbed is like a brick. Never felt pain like that before. But then if you wanna add soles now your foot is crammed

support on arch and bottom of foot was bad

I walk anywhere from 10-20 miles per day at work. These feel too heavy by the end of the day.

I’m an employee with amazon I was supposed to get a refund today but the shoes were delivered back to my house again.

Used these shoes for less than 3 months before completely falling apart. I work at an Amazon fulfillment center and couldn't keep up.
