Size was a little big by half size.

The shoe was comfortable and true to size lengthwise. I did have an issue with the fit as it felt I needed an additional insole because there was too much vertical space within the shoe.

Finally, a pair of shoes where the safety toe cap is ALSO wide when you order a wide shoe. Materials seem good, good build quality, light weight as well. A bit stiff at first, but they broke in after the first wear. Have been using them for a week, holding up nice, traction is adequate. Relatively comfortable.

Over all the first fit seemed very comfortable. we shall see after a few weeks of use how it holds up. I do like the padding it’s thick so better for support . However it’s a bit bulky on the toe area but I guess that’s better than having your toes rub on the steel so it’s no a big deal for me as long as it’s comfortable. I say it’s over all a great product

Could be just me, but they seem to have the tallest steel toe than the other sneakers, more comfortable tho just a little on the cartoon shoe aesthetic

I thought it would take a while for my feet to adjust to the new shoes, but I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort level of the shoes. I immediately felt the difference in the feel of the new shoes.

The size was exact fit, but after walking in them for several hours at work became uncomfortable on the sides and bottom of my feet starting to sore. I believe maybe I need a wider pair, like "EE "wide might be better comfort to my feet.

Fits comfortably and works well with my insoles from a chiropractor

A little snug in with. Pushed left and right baby toes together. Got the same shoe two years ago from zappos. They fitted great. Whats changed with the manufacturing of this shoe?

Its a pretty solid shoe. One of the best I've tried after many months of searching. Didn't feel that heavy, but did feel rather clunky. I wouldn't feel safe doing anything more than an average walking pace in these tanks. I would've kept them but they aggravated my Achilles tendon and knee (same leg. personal issues with shoes) I don't like how big the platform is on the back of the shoes. It was wide enough to not pinch my toes though. Can't say whether or not I'd recommend.

Falling apart after 6 months

Not put them on to work as yet Sunday first night as test . Good fit am hoping some these reviews are wrong about causing blisters . Wish this size came in different color ways

shoes look and fit good shoelace on the right shoe was frayed badly, not Zappos fault. customer service said to send back the entire order...just for a shoelace? not gonna chuck a perfectly good pair of shoes into the landfill because of that, shame on New Balance for send Zappos defective shoes.

Heavy and pretty uncomfortable to be honest. Ended up buying slip on “Hey dude” style safety shoes to replace these

for me its not that comfy as it looks like.

Fit size was true. Very durable I’m sure however, the toe area is heavy making the heal area slide, since the shoe also does not cuff the heal.

The size was good for work. The width was perfect. The weak aspect was the insole, which is most likely to last a month at the most......

After wearing first time the jury is still out but so far I think new balance is pretty good shoe. Maybe after breaking in they will feel even better.

Heel slip

The shoe fits but after a while after wearing for a shift this shoe hurts so much especially on the arch.

It felt small tight

They fit, but somehow felt heavier than my steel toe shoes that I wore previously. Also the quality is terrible and the heel started deteriorating after only a few months whereas other shoes I've been able to wear for close to a year before the heels start to go.
