If you have wide feet, I don’t recommend these. I would go for the Hoka recovery slide or the oofos flip flop style.

I love these! I’ve been doing a lot of running lately and could start to feel the effects on my lower back, hips and knees. I ordered these specifically for recovery and I couldn’t be happier. My soreness has been much less since wearing these. They aren’t the most chic looking, but I mostly use them in the house or for walking the dog. I’m usually between a 7.5-8 and even take an 8.5 in my running sneakers, but the 7 worked well for these. The 8 would have been way too big in both length and bands. I don’t have particularly wide feet, so I had no issue with the bands being tight on top as others have mentioned. I also have very flat feet, so the stability these provide is great. I’d definitely recommend for fellow runners! :)

I originally got the pink in an 8. I am a solid 8-8.5. It was very narrow and too small. The 9 in the nude color is much wider. It’s a drastic difference. It’s a bit too wide compared to the 8 which I could barely get my foot into. I will keep it though. The support it good on the bottom and it was on sale.

The most comfortable sandals, I have MTP tear and these are exactly what I needed…BUT the little toe is smushed, sadly and I mean so so sad I had to return:(

I love my recovery slides-so comfy and supportive. I am a former runner with lots of knee pain—these help during moments of acute pain. I wear them inside because of the hard wood and tile floors. There is one huge drawback-the foam picks up grime like a sponge and then I smear grime all over the white tiles in our kitchen. The sandals are washable, but I don’t want to wash them every hour! We don’t wear shoes in our house-I think the grime comes from our wood pellet stove…

I wanted to love these they felt great but they were huge. Very wide and very long.

Too narrow and stiff!

This is supposed to be a recovery slide, but my heel hurt more after wearing this for just a few minutes. I will order the Ooahh slide instead, which is softer.

The strap was WAYYYYYY toooo narrow. Couldn't get my foot more than half way in! Had my mom an a friend try and it was the same for them too. Looks like others in the reviews are saying the same thing. The length was good, and the comfort of the OOmega (extra added cushion) is unmatched. I've worn the OOmega OOlala flip flop for a few years and it's all I can wear now due to foot issues. If you have wide feet, definitely size up on this one!

So strange. I am a solid 8.5. Sized down to an eight. The width of the top of the shoe was so narrow. And the size was small. I do not have a wide foot. I re ordered the 9 in the nude color and the width is a little too wide. So there is a very big difference. I will keep the 9 but I’m not sure why the difference is so drastic. Maybe the colors are sized differently
