The shoe was the correct size, but it slipped on my heal when I walked and my foot slid forward crowding me toes. Very uncomfortable, but Tory Burch return policy and customer service is top notch!

Love these shoes and this style. Tory Burch makes the best quality and designed captoe shoe of all other brands that make this style. However, on me, they run big. I had to size down from my regular 8 to a 7.5.

I tried this in store and found this to be .5-1 size smaller than my regular size. I ordered it online as the store didnt have the color I wanted. But I was utterly disappointed as I got a pair which was clearly used. I do not expect this from a brand like TB wherein it is charging a premium for its products. This was a fresh piece and not a final sale item.

These shoes are comfortable and versatile. I can wear them with many outfits and they are perfect for work. They have worn very well so far and seem to be holding up well. Definitely a great purchase!

The pump looks great and is a must have for office . It has that evergreen Chanel pump look ; and looks great with formal dress . I bought it for a business trip to New York . But the shoe is not comfortable very narrow in the front . Lacks heel cushioning . Leather is also very hard . I ended up returning these and buying a similar style from Cole Haan. I recently also bought the Travel Ballet in black from Tory Burch and those are great . Leather is soft and beautiful. Request design team to work on the technical side of these pumps .

I bought these for my daughter while visiting her in DC. It was so nice to actually go to a Tory Burch store. Could have purchased everything in it! She loves her pumps!!
