The fit was perfect they feel like a soft leather glove on my feet. They are cute with everything. The only thing is they do stretch out a bit. I have worn them almost every day to teach prek and they are marvelous.

Love this shoe but had to return because the 8 felt too short in the toe box while walking. I ordered 8.5 and it is perfect. Zappos is the best allowing me to try so many different styles with no fuss.

I like these shoes but they run quite big and have no arch support. I would have changed them for a smaller size but the toe area isn't very high and I find that uncomfortable. I wish they would have worked out because I like the looks of them.

I have flat feet. Really good arch support in shoes actually hurts me and causes calf stiffness. These have little to no arch support (but they do have a soft, supportive insole otherwise) and so I can say that if you are someone who really needs that arch support, you probably should pass. That said, they are cute. They run a bit long and definitely a little wide. And the suede versions stretch out considerably after just one or two light wears. So, if you're interested in these, consider sizing down a half size and if you have a more narrow foot, you might end up swimming in them, even so. I have a narrow foot and they are too wide for me without socks. BUT! They are adorable in person and very well made. I have worn them for about a year and they look brand new. I have not used them as a crushed heel/mule, however.
