This shoe is great for training, tempo runs and long runs. Felt very comfortable, I have worn them to work and now just train with them.

Wasn't sure about this trainer. But I've enjoyed it on shorter runs and general strength training. The fit is true and the feel is great.

I was really unsure with this purchase initially because I was a big fan of Solarglides. Not anymore, Supernova's are comfy, fit right, and feel good on the street.
