Great shirt just hope I can keep it clean because its so white

Excellent product... Provides comfort and excellent sun block.

The reviews reporting snagging of the fabric are correct and I think the fabric construction style is inherently flawed. I ignored the reviews and ordered this hoodie for a Grand Canyon through hike. I dislike solid fabric sun hoodies for lack of ventilation and preferred the ventilated fabric of the PFG Solar Stream Hoodie. It was a great benefit during the hike, but I noticed the sleeves and front of the shirt had snags from Velcro and other general backpack closures. I chuckle at the idea a fella is on a boat using it as a fishing guide as in the Columbia website pictures. It would snag from hooks and all other types of items in the first hour. Unfortunately, this is a one time purchase of this item. It was airy and great for cooling, but due to all the snags on it, I only plan to use it for yard work now and will not wear it out during public events.

Comfy, fits well, good coverage. Love that it has upf protection!

Very bad quality. never laundried, wore 1 time and it picks and pulls threads at everything it touches. Not sure what use it might be good for but definitely not made for outdoor use, fishing activity or any activity where you might contact it against something.

Lightweight, comfortable breaths well. Good for fishing or hiking.

absolutely fell apart on first day of wearing it, honestly this is not the first time ive had this experience with Columbia brand, this is the final straw from me buying anything from this company, here is the photo with the socks that I bought as well that fell apart on day one as well, i feel like my hard earned money was stolen

I bought this about 2 or 3 weeks ago. The first 2 days it started to fall apart. Unsure how these things are being able to be sold with this CONSTANTLY happening. The shirt is literally falling apart thread by thread each day. This should not be excepted what so ever, especially for what we pay done buying from this company until they figure out how to keep this from happening or unless they want to refund

I bought these for my grandsons and they were a big hit with them. Everything about the shirts, size, texture, comfort, color and overall look was excellent! They want more and I would purchase again.

Purchased Medium Blue hoodie. This is a very nice quality hooded UPF50 shirt. Using the shirt for saltwater fishing to avoid sunburn and it also keeps me cool. Fit is great, however sleeves are a bit long and have to roll up.

The material is really soft and light, it dried quickly after swimming and the spf worked! The seams are well done, too. Dark blue color is great!

The only way "professional" and "fishing" go into the same category as this hoodie are if you're sitting on a velour couch watching a fishing tournament. Within 2 minutes of stepping out of my truck, I accidently brushed a relatively weak velcro hook and loop and snagged about 7 threads out of the shirt, irreparably pulling them out of alignment. I guess the shirt is pretty cool in the sun, but I wouldn't want any hooks or scales or anything remotely near it. 0/10 would not buy again. Idk why Columbia did away with the style I usually buy.

This is the best sun hoodie for someone of pale complexion. I especially like that there isnt a huge logo on the style of hoodie. Ive biked and kayaked in this and never felt like i was wearing a hoodie.

Looks great, feels great, but threads are coming apart right away. I've worn this three times and have a dozen places where it has started to come apart and no longer looks clean.

I was severely burned in a DUI car crash and need very good skin protection from the sun. I purchased the Solar Stream Hoodie baed on the recommendation of a friend. This top looks great has the UV protection I need, and you can tell by yhe feel of the material that it is a quality top that will last for years. I give this hoodie my highest recommendation!

I purchased this shirt in 3 colors: cool grey, white and black. They are nice - they fit well and provide good protection from the sun while keeping me cool. The problem is that they are impossible to wear without the fabric threads creating runs. The first time I wore the shirt was to a movie theater and when I got home I noticed that the fabric had several places where a small thread pulled up and created a small run in the shirt. Unfortunately this is true for all 3 colors. Ive already wore them so I guess Ill have to keep them.
