Customer Reviews Florsheim Social Lace To Toe Sneakers

Having owned several pairs of Florsheim shoes and sneakers over the past few years, I was looking forward to this pair. They feel smaller and narrower than other 10.5W Florsheims that I own, making them too uncomfortable to wear. Another pair of shoes for the closet, unfortunately.

I have two exact pair one black and one brown color that I just received days ago. The black pair seem to be cut much larger than the brown pair. These shoes have destroyed the back of my ankle in just one full day wear by rubbing rubbing rubbing on my skin. The brown were worn today and fit well and are comfy, but have a weird sound every time I walk. Also, both pair of shoes are hard and have zero give. Not very happy as a new customer.

I have always loved Florsheim. Replacing my Frenzi's after 2 years of use at work. The Social is very stiff, does not soften up and scratches easily.

There's nothing "comfortech" about these shoes: the leather is stiff and unyielding, the insole is slippery and hard as a board.

The sole is inflexible so that it does NOT work with the upper. Very weird fit when walking. Sorry that I made the purchase.
