After my daughter the second day my daughter wore these the strap broke. It's very unfortunate being that she just got them.

I returned them because they are very narrow at the front and my daughter's feet wouldn't fit in them

Straps came apart on second use.

One of the straps broke on the second usage, very very disappointing my kid didn't even get to take them to school.

Producto give me heel pain.

The picture made these look so cute, but they look nothing like that. Something is off with the strap and they run extremely narrow! I'm sure the quality is great, just the design and fit is way off!

They look so comfortable on line and in person. However the strap doesn't allow for a lot of adjustments, the Velcro is a extremely short

The shoe would be great except that the strap is way too long to move to the top of the shoe as the pictures advertise (for reference I ordered this in 4K). When I asked customer service they had no answer/solution for this and said "I've never heard of this problem before" but it seems like other people have this same issue. It's clear that the strap is not designed properly.

If you're someone like me who fits into kids shoes to save a buck don't do it! You cannot wear the strap pushed forward on these shoes despite what the photos show. Incredibly disappointed in the deceptive photos of the shoes.

my daughter has only worn uggs since birth and I can say this was the worst purchase we have ever made. I purchased them end of July for her birthday in Aug and she wore them until mid September when the strap broke on the back of the shoe. I sent a warranty email with the pictures they requested and still have to hear back. I would have been better off throwing my cash out my car window then I was with this purchase

The strap pop off.

I love the design and everything, but it came with a broken strap, don't really know how to fix it.

What's not great about this clog is that strap that should go over the top of the shoe was way too long and was impossible to achieve that look

Did not like the fit or feeling of the insoles

Photos show you being able to put the strap in front and it lays nice. Mine is to long and doesn't work that way.

The product was a different color and very long

I sent these shoes back because the strap in the back was not adjustable. I have seen the shoe in person and the strap is suppose to be adjustable going from front to back

Daughter put them on for the very first time and strap came off !!! Never even got to wear them and these were her Christmas gift.

The clogs are perfect but you can only wear them around the ankle. It looks ridiculous if you try to flip it over the front. I don't understand why they would make the strap so big for a kids size shoe

Shoes felt extremely cheap for how much they costed. They broke within the first hour of wearing. Defiantly not durable enough for a active kid.

They are super cute online, and on TikTok do not get me wrong. In person they look long and clunky and I ordered a kids 5. They are very cute but I know I will hate them when they crease and they had already started to on the first day. The strap is cute too but too long and does not look appealing if not worn around the ankle. Like I said cute but I ended up returning for a refund unfortunately. I also haven't bought a pair of Uggs in a long time and always go with a classic short. The quality has gone down significantly since they are no longer UGG Australia. I am so disappointed, they look cheap.
