My first experience purchasing from UGG The quality and comfort are not No quality No comfort Would not recommend

The shoe looked so cute in store, so I was so excited to wear them this fall and winter. When I got them I somehow had ordered a size 13 in kids. I finally got the correct size and was so disappointed by the way they look on my feet. My feet are small but wide. They make my feet look elongated and my foot just felt packed into the shoe, I would def size up, but it's still a no for me. I'll sadly be returning and getting a refund.

Giving that these are Uggs, I expected the quality of these clogs to be better. The straps are so cheap and sensitiveit's hard to me and you can't flip it to the front as it shoes on the model. The strap is too big and look unattractive if you flip it to the front. Move the strap the wrong way and it'll break. Don't buy these and save your money and go with another brand. I'm very disappointed.

Too Narrow

I ordered a kids 6, and am typically a women's 7.5. The shoes fit perfect, and are well made and very comfortable. However the design is not ideal. - very difficult to move the strap from front to back, maybe the bolt will loosen over time but it is super tight, I actually thought I wasn't able to on the kids version until I really forced it - when the strap is on the back, it is not long enough to and leaves some of the sticky part of the Velcro exposed - when the strap is over the top, it is way too long and loose, and there is no way to tighten it - the strap should have at least some stretch to it so you can slip/pull the shoes on and off without undoing the buckle to tighten Ultimately I am bummed I need to return these for the adult version and spend the extra $$$ :(

I tried to save some money and ordered kids sizing in these and they are not cute.. very pointed toe, not true to size either. I purchased a 6 and they fit big.

Online the image shows the strap on top of the shoe like you can move the strap of a Croc but you cannot actually move the strap. If you can, it is difficult and does not look neat.

I was very disappointed with this shoe. The photos are very deceiving. You can not wear the straps on to of the shoe, you have to wear them as slingbacks. The shoes are also very narrow. I had to size up .

I purchased a pair of shoes for my granddaughter for Christmas. The very first time she wore them the strap broke. I contacted the warranty team on January 6. I sent all the information they asked for and heard nothing back. I called multiple times, they wanted me to resend all the pictures which I did 3or 4 times. Still nothing, from January 6 to March 28. Terrible service!

My daughter loves these Cloggs but unfortunately they do not hold up for long (2 months) before the strap comes apart. After reaching out to customers service, they declined my warranty on it saying it was from wear and tear. This is the second pair I have purchased and needless to say, I will Never buy these again! From the many designs I have purchased, I find all uggs overpriced for cheap designs making them uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time. I would not recommend buying.

I bought these for my daughter and she was not happy with how the strap lays. The picture shows it laying nicely over the shoe when in actuality it's rather oversized and bunches up. Wish I could return these but box was tossed.

Unfortunately, the cut of the left clog didn't work with my left foot. Rubbing near the strap on the outside of the foot.

Had to return these. There is no cushion and just felt like I was walking on a board.

The strap when placed in the front is too long for it to look well, on the contrary its loose and makes the product look cheap

I thought that I would love these after a friend of mine gave me a pair of her old uggs. These are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever ordered. I was hoping they'd be comfortable so I could wear them to work with different outfits. I also thought they'd be fleece lined and they weren't.

My son has wide feet and the clogs didn't fit him because they make them narrow for skinny feet.

Too small, I even tried to size up.

I thought they was thick like the women golden star clogs & they was thin, long, & the strap wasnt fitting the shoe

Didn't like. My in step is so "archy" they did not fit me right I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe 100%

The strap is entirely too long when you flip to the front. There are other reviews with the same issue. Ugg said it's not a defect, but a rep I chatted with stated the strap on the kid's is longer than the adult's. How does that make sense to have longer straps on a kid's shoe? I was offered an exchange for the SAME shoe with possibly the same issue. Pictures on the model is not the same as what you receive when you order. I was offered expedited shipping on my NEXT order (not for any exchange) when I was denied an exchange for a women's equivalent size without additional cost.

Weirdly narrow

The clogs are cheaply made with the top of the foot area being a sponge material and no fur.

I purchased these a little over 1 year ago. They were worn maybe 5 times and the strap came off of the side of the shoe and Ugg refused to do anything about it. Ugg needs to do better with these. Don't buy unless you want to be disappointed.
