I work 12 hour shifts standing up so a comfortable shoe is is a must. On top of that, I'm up around 400lbs and have wide feet so I have a hard time finding footwear. I tried these and a pair of GEL-Kayano® 29 in 15 4E - Extra Wide. While these Brooks were comfortable, I'm heavy enough that I started to sink down in the heels just standing still so I'm returning them. These ASICS are a god send though and I would definitely recommend them to anyone on the bigger side that has a problem with good heel support.
I'd also recommend:

I think the Ghost 14 are more comfortable and fit better. My new 15's have gotten little wear as I keep going back to the 14's.

Still great shoes but, they don't seem as cushy as previous models

Soles seem harder than I'd like, and toe room does not allow my toes to wiggle.
They must wiggle.

After owning and loving 6 pairs of Ghost 14s with zero issues or complaints, I was nervous for a new version. Lone behold, the first pair of 15s have not been without issue. The inserts are absolute garbage. The left insert slides back every time I wear the shoe, leaving a ledge for my toes to hang off. I constantly have to take it out and readjust it. The heal part of the sole has formed into a ball shape which causes it to ride up the back of the shoe. The right insert appears to be fine...for now. I have 30+ years' experience wearing shoes, I am a professional.
I wear these as my everyday shoe and went back to my old 14s for training/running.

Gang, I go way back to the G10 and have had many many pairs since which I love but could we please please add a few more colors to the 15. I'll five star, six star when that happens. Waiting.

Still my go-to running shoe, but I get the sense that the toe box is shrinking in the recent models. A 15 2E (wide) used to fit perfectly. But now even 2E feels a bit narrow. Could be my foot and not the shoe
I would also love to see some more vibrant color styles.

The shoes are what you've come to expect from the Brooks Ghost line. Amazingly comfortable. However, the colorways leave something to be desired. I understand the trend of bold colors for running shoes but compared to the 14s, the 15s left most standard/"normal" colorways behind. Unfortunately the 15s reside in the running category as the colors just don't mesh with the "everyday" wear/fashion most people desire. Would recommend toning down the design line to accommodate those who wish to wear these as everyday attire.

The Ghost 15 running shoe is just that, a great running shoe. I felt that the toe box was a but snug but did like it. I also felt like the front of the shoe was not as stable as other shoes. However, while using it for it intended purpose; running, it was a great shoe. I really liked the angle on the toe, it seemed to help with my running and forward progression. I feel like it made running much easier. The shoes had great cushion and did not give me blisters and I did not have any traction issues while running on wet surfaces. I found them easy to clean and would spray them off and let them air dry. I have added them into my regular weekly rotation utilizing them multiple times every week.

I didn't love it. The toe area was small. There wasn't enough support near the front of she shoe. It felt like my feet would angle downward when walking. It wasn't super comfortable either. Bummer.

I got the all black shoe. It's a good looking shoe and comfortable enough. BUT the laces will NOT stay tied. It drives me crazy. I don't know if they are nylon or what but it is very frustrating! And I have never had my feet stink so terribly as when I remove this shoe. I don't know what's up with this shoe but I am disappointed to say the least.

The middle of the shoebed has an oddly high arch and "hill" in the center which was literally digging into the bottom of my foot and causing me physical pain. I've read about this in some other reviews on these shoes and others. I don't know if it is a new design thing, but it needs to go.
I tried them for a day, and they are just too uncomfortable to keep.
Also, the shoelaces are flat, and they don't stretch like the ones on my old ghosts which had a stretchy feel. I liked the stretchy ones because they did not put any pressure on the tops of my feet. Shoelaces are a big part of the shoe, and I think the stretchy ones should come back.

I've always loved Ghosts but these seemed to lose their cushioning within 3 months. Disappointing. I wonder if anyone else had the same issue.

After only have any shoes for six months, they're already worn out and falling apart. I mainly use them for walking and the gym. Too expensive to wearing out so fast.

After many years and many pairs, I've ended my love affair with Ghosts. 15 is no longer fits my foot- the shoe is longer and sleeker, especially in the toe area, and is not as stable as past pairs. I purchased a pair of Glycerin 20s, however, so will give them a try. Interestingly, my new Glycerins look a lot like my older Ghosts.

Hurts my feet, definitely won't run in them, just gonna use for walking. Not enough cushion! Why don't you put glycerin cushion in all your styles?? Or at least make it an available option.

Insole is flimsy. Brooks used to send good insole at customer request. Now Customer service suggested to get expensive custom orthotics. Considering the price of this shoes, why should I spend more money.
Ghost 11 was good. Ghost 14 was worse. Ghost 15 is a little bit better than 14.
Brooks made good shoes. Now quality of Dyad also has gone down. Its insole was the best . Now it has gone worse.
Why Brooks is ruining the quality of its products. Very disappointed.

I had a pair of ghosts I bought 10 years ago or so and they were the most comfortable running shoes I've owned. I bought this pair expecting the same, but for some reason there is a hard piece of plastic or something in the back heel part. There's no give and the first time I wore them I got blisters on the back of my heels. I'm highly disappointed, because otherwise they are perfect and extremely comfortable. Because that rigid piece is in there, I worry that even with wear they'll still cause friction on the heel.

These are not nearly as comfortable as the Ghost 13s! I'm so sad! (I have a pair of the 14s as well, but the 13s were absolute perfection, in my opinion.) I'm returning these because they are just too uncomfortable. I walked around my house in them for a bit when they arrived and I found them painful. I've never had to break a pair of Brooks in before - they're always so comfortable right out of the box! The front part of the shoe is more narrow than past versions and the sole is not as soft and cushiony as past versions either. (And as a side note: the color of the sole is silver, not light pink like they look online.

Really wanted to love these shoes & was intrigued by the reviews, but after a short 3 mile run the soles of my feet were killing me. Tried them on the treadmill & had the same pain. My feet hurt as I'm typing this. I am usually a Brooks Glycerin girl, so perhaps this wasn't the right shoe for me. Even a long walk leaves my feet hurting. Overall, pretty disappointing unfortunately!

It's a nice-looking shoe. But the shoe is just too hard. After wearing it for just a little time, the bottom of my feet were sore and I felt like I had a bruised heel. No cushioning at all.
