It is comfortable, a bit wider than other shoe brands. Good for people that usually buy wider shoes. The sizing was pretty exact, it is grippy, and is not very croc like for a croc.

I absolutely love these shoes. I've never had a bad experience with Crocs. I've been wearing Crocs forever. I work in the hospitality industry but when I saw that they were making sneakers, I did not even hesitate. I didn't even know what they look like. I just purchased them they are waterproof they clean easy they are beyond comfortable. I have worn them for 10 hours plus and was able to go home and run 3 miles later on at night.

Just got the shoes , great product. The only con I would say is lack of ventilation so they do get a little warm but nothing crazy. Otherwise good comfort and support.

Zappos, my one stop Croc shop .......... I started wearing classic Crocs when I 'accidently' found they solved my heal spur issues. My feet love all styles of Crocs; I purposely seek out the new 'odd' style Crocs= I love pointing out to Croc wearers "Hey, did you know Croc also makes this style?" As I show them my Croc tennis shoes! Or my Croc 'Hey Dude' lookish! I took a silver marking pen to hi-lite the Croc name on my Croc tennies!!!

Got mine Friday, very excellent. I can't say it's true to size, since I am 11.5 but I often wear dickies socks so I got for size 12 all the time. Really excellent.

I love that the sole is rubber and had bumps so that it can allow for air circulation. this prevents shoes from smelling funkytown which is great. future versions of this show should include a thicker support for the heal the sole should be a slight downward slope to the toes. for someone flat footed this help distribute the tension for me effectively. more maybe crocs can get into creating individual soles for specific needs a thicker area for the heal plus arch support.

My favorite work shoe from my time working in kitchens and in retail a dozen years ago were Croc's Leather work shoe- it was built on their clog base, with a lace-up leather upper- they were comfortable and super lightweight, but wore out quickly and were discontinued more than 10 years ago. The new On the Clock sneaker is an excellent reboot. Similar to the comfortable clogs, but more close-fitting, with a more structured footbed, non marking and non slip sole, and a spill resistant upper with some fabric for venting. I've worn them for some long days in the office, a few days in the kitchen, and will be wearing them for a multi day tradeshow. They're not going to win a beauty contest against a fashion brand, but they look more than good enough to wear beyond the kitchen doors. As for fit: I have big ol' feet- I usually wear a 14W; the length of the shoe is spot on to size and the width (only M is available) is OK for my feet- so it may be a bit wide for some, but snugger than a clog of the same size. They're a little warm- the fabric doesn't ventilate that much, but there's not hot-spots or chafing.
I'd also recommend:
Rocky, Saucony, New Balance, Keens

I bought the pair simply because the last crocs I had lasted 3 years compared to other brands that lasted maybe a good 8 months if you are lucky inside of a commercial kitchen. Line cooks and chefs tend to be real hard on footwear since we can be using them up to 20 hours a day. I move in between 2 kitchens on a daily routine and the floors are vastly different between both. If this pair last the same as my clogs that I have I will definitely buy another pair a couple years down the road. Heck I may even buy another pair this year just so I can cycle them out throughout the week.

I'm a heavy guy nearly 400 pounds and I have both knees bone on bone. I work on my feet at least 8 hours a day. My knees don't hurt as much by the end of the day with these shoes, they really help.

The sole could be more flexible and cushioned. I use inserts, so their flatness doesn't bother me. I generally switch shoes between lunch and dinner service, so they are good for about 6 hours.
