I ordered this show 2 different times and the shoe strap broke on both pairs.

Such a cute sandal, great fit, very comfy but the straps tore within a month! I like a comfy fit so I did not wear them tight at all. I ended up cutting them off to still wear them and get my money's worth but should not have happened for that price or a Croc for that matter.

I am so disappointed because these are cute, and light, and squishy but they run huge in that the proportions are wrong even beyond just a size thing. I’m a very average 10 and the 10s are definitely 10-11s. The length wasn’t too far off, so had that been the only issue, they would have worked; but the straps were way disproportionately high … sooo much room between the top of my foot and the (non adjustable) top straps that I could have stuffed a whole pair of rolled knee socks in there. They’re going back without an exchange because I’m afraid just getting a smaller size won’t address that huge proportion problem, but you have very big AND wide feet, these might be perfect for you.

This shoe was uncomfortable, unfortunately - I wore it inside my home for 10 minutes and had developed a sore on top of my right foot. Sorry - it came highly recommended by a friend, but it is not for me.

Purchased for daughter birthday. Took advantage of sale. Huge mistake, her birthday was 2 months later. By the time she wore they were out of return time. She proudly wore and the strap broke that goes around the ankle. Crocs was not I interested that she wore once.

I had the same experience as many others in the reviews. The second time I wore these sandals, the strap ripped. I called customer service, and they sent me a replacement. Again, the second time I wore the replacement, the strap ripped in the same exact spot. I called customer service to ask for credit but they said they could only offer a 15% off coupon since I already received a replacement. Hate to waste all this plastic.

I got these shoes in both colors for work and literally after one use the strap was ripping. Honestly so bummed with the quality because they are cute but poorly made.

I really liked the design and found these Crocs sandals very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, after just five uses, one side of the sandal broke. To make matters worse, I was traveling from Busan to Seoul when it happened. The staff told me that I could only get a refund at the Busan store, so I ended up losing my money. I should have listened to the previous reviewers who warned that the sandals might break after a few uses. Well...

Bought these without reading reviews, sad to have the back straps break off in 2 weeks of wearing them. They should recall this design and take away the seam where the strap meets the shoe base as it tears so easily.

While these are the sharpest, most comfortable, go with everything sandal, sadly I literally went through three pair in less than two months. Each pair the strap broke. Thankfully Croc replaced them but by the third pair I opted to return for a refund.

I wanted to love these shoes but I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. I love the style, the color, the lookseriously SO cute! BUT they are cheaply made! And will break. These were only worn a few times and I noticed a tear in the strap, I tried to gorilla glue it to stay in place but a few days later (while on vacation) both straps broke.
I'm attempting to return them but have to speak with customer service prior to them giving me return instructions. Save yourself the headache and pass on these.

Strap broke after wearing them 3 times - was walking and thought it had unbuckled and looked down to see it had totally broken. Luckily I was near my house and could get different shoes. TOTAL BUMMER - THEY WERE SUPER CUTE & COMFY!

These are the most comfortable pair of Crocs!! However, the straps didn't last the two times I wore them! They need to be restructured and have thestraps attached in a different area. One strap broke off after two wears and the other one was hanging by a thread. Had to return them and Crocs did give me a refund because of it. Now I have to find another cute pair!

After one day of light wear, both back straps broke off. The straps do not hold up at all. The footbed is comfortable. The sandals run a bit wide. I am a 7.5 and consistently wear a size 8 in crocs. These were loose. I would not recommend buying these.

I had it for three days and wore it for two days! Not sure if its the heat but I wore it for two days the longest period I had it on was for four hours only and the strap broke! That horrible because I like the fit of the shoe. Don't buy the shoe because it would become a slide. I would like a refund.

I bought this shoe during a long transit in Dubai, arrived at my final destination and was very excited to wear them where they promptly broke. So disappointed and am stuck with them, waste of money!! They need to stop being sold crocs, sort it out!'

Cool look, very comfy, but the straps broke on both sandals the 2nd day of wearing them. I cut off the other side of the straps on each shoe and now wear them as flip flops around the house.
