They fit a little long, but the problem is that underneath the straps are staples that regular Birkenstocks don’t have. They scratch the top of my feet.

I love everything about these shoes. They are comfortable, stylish and the color is gorgeous. They aren't clunky like some platform shoes and the platform isn't very high, which is just fine. The extra added inch is quite nice. I have extremely narrow feet so I use the very last holes in both straps. I think the strap holes and placement of straps would work for not only very narrow feet (like mine), but for other widths as well. To mold them to my feet, I wore them around the house until my feet got tired. The moment I notice my feet were tired, I'd take them off. Each day I could wear them longer. Eventually I forgot about my feet and wore them all day. It's like having a pair of custom-made shoes!

I think the platform is very cute and gives a bit of lift at my short stature. But that is where the compliments stop. While very lightweight, the sole felt very stiff and slippery on my floors. Since this was to be used as an indoor house shoe I decided to return rather than keep. For the price I couldn’t justify keeping them with the chance of them not working out. I normally get a 38, as I was told once to add 30 to your normal shoe size for fit, but decided to go with 39 since they were suggested to fit 8-8.5. Seemed true to size, my foot is more on the slender side but not considered narrow.

I like these I did return them but it was the color I didn’t like, I really like the platform on the Papillio sandals they are very comfortable.

Very comfy. Fit my narrow foot well. True to size. Color is really cute just a little lighter looking green than what is shown in the picture.

I have long, narrow feet. Finding a casual, slip-on sandal is really difficult. Birkenstocks come up as "narrow" in searches but they aren't....BUT Papillio are. I just wish these came in other colors besides the weird green and pink. I will likely keep the ones I bought--green--hoping they'll darken over time.

I wore it around my carpeted house for four days but it still too stiff. It hurts my feet.

I normally wear a 9 1/2 medium shoe, and ordered these in the 9-9 1/2 narrow. They are a “perfect” fit the narrow is exactly what I needed in this shoe. Going up a size would’ve given me extra space, but probably would’ve been too long. The fit is good for me. The color is NOT what’s shown in the picture, it more of a dark khaki or mocha. I really wanted the color that was shown, so I ordered a second pair hoping there was a mixup. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, but decided to keep them anyway. So if you’re looking for a chocolate brown color this is NOT the shoe to order! Otherwise, they are very comfortable.

These were cute but the fit is off for me, I really love the Papillio sandals I find they are very comfortable, I think it’s the cork footbed and the added height.

I loved the look of these sandals and I wore them out twice but the fit it punishing. I got cuts on the top of my feet, the top strap digs in. Unfortunately I am returning them.

So disappointed in these sandals. They were seemingly made for someone with strangely thick feet. I could not cinch the straps down enough to fit reasonably well across the tops of my feet.

I went a size larger and helped w/ the super narrow fit w/ the smaller size BUT now the buckle rubs on my toes, both feet. Feels harsh and not soft at all. I’m super bummed, they could and should be so comfortable. : (

I was disappointed when I couldn't find my size in these shoes at any of my normal shoe haunts, so was very excited to find that Zappos had them in my size. I read the reviews and having had these exact shoes formerly in a different color, I felt confident in proceeding with my order. I was so excited to receive them--tried them on immmediately. They fit fine. Didn't need to loosen the buckle or anything--they slipped right on. Of course, I had to wear them the next day--I was going to be on my feet for a few hours and being a derivative of Birks, I figured like all of my many many other pairs of both Birks and Papillio shoes, wearing them straight away wouldn't cause a major issue over a few hours. Holy cow, was I mistaken. I got back home and not only did I have blisters (which, fine, I can deal w/ that... comes w/ the territory), but I had *THE WORST* foot pain I have had in my entire life. My toes, arch, everything was completely out of whack to the point where if, after a couple of days, my feet weren't back to normal, I was going to go to a podiatrist. I paused. Did some investigating. These shoes are marked narrow to regular and I definitely have regular sized feet. And, as I said, they slipped on w/ no issue. So, I assumed everything was copacetic. Well, these are not meant for "regular" feet. They are strictly meant for narrow feet. Period, end. When I looked at my other older pair of these (diff straps/sole, same style), they were built nothing like these, which leads me to believe that Birk altered the mold or something. I've never attempted to return a worn shoe in my 51 years of life, but these deserve to be returned, given the mixed messages via the comments here, expectations from same shoe from a season ago, and the sheer amount of pain I experienced event though the shoe fit. I called customer service and even though Zappos has a 24-hour customer service team, the guy told me that any response to my problem would have to wait until tomorrow (the 4th of July). And, then he corrected himself to say that the 4th wouldn't work either given who they would need to check w/ in the warehouse. Frankly, this is over the top disappointing given a number of factors. Namely, nobody who has a "regular" foot should ever attempt these shoes even though the site says so and then even though they fit because I assume the narrow insole jacks up your feet hardcore. I was excited to come back to Zappos as a long-time VIP member... had kinda forgotten about them, but this is sooooo no the level of service I have come to expect. Can only assume this is an Amazon "enhancement". So, now I guess I'm stuck with these shoes which I shall never be able to wear because they are unreturnable?????????!!!!!!!! Do yourself a solid and buy shoes where common sense exists when it comes to returns. Do better Zappos!

I love these so much! The color is perfect for fall. The platforms are great for me!

Very cute, I thought I'd try Birkenstock, as I've always heard so much about how comfortable they are and people love them. They have a cork foot bed that is so stiff and hard, it was uncomfortable. I returned them and kept My Naot Glides!

Fit is good as any other Birkenstock sandal, and the narrow works best for me. Style is classic, simple, but with a platform. I do wish the platform was higher, something to make it more different than the classic Birkenstock Arizona, but not too crazy, but I’m particular! I do think it helps to preserve the integrity of the cork and leather insole etc to have a bit more platform. I like them. They are basic. Not much to say!

I believe the size 7.5 is just a tad too long but not enough to make me want to size down. The color is as represented, almost a nude shade which is flattering for the shorter leg. Great quality, but can't wait till they are broken in.

Color was nice, but not what I had in mind. I'm not sure that walking all day on just the little bit of "lift" will work for me. Because I'm unsure, for the price, I am sending back.

I am a longtime Birkenstock wearer and have always found them to be very comfortable but this Arizona Flex Platform is not comfortable at all. It feels way too hard and a bit narrower at the toe than my regular Arizonas. I was surprised at how uncomfortable the Flex Platform is since I have the Arizona Chunky Platform and find it very comfortable. Too bad because the platform on the Flex is a nice height.
