Love the style of this sandal from birkenstock. It could be PERFECT for my foot, if it had the SOFT FOOTBED. I LOVE THE NARROW AND THE STYLE, THE ONLY THING MISSING IS THE SOFT FOOTBED. I'M 80 and my feet have lost much of the cushion on the bottom of my feet. Dr says that comes with age! I also have skinny and narrow feet, so your med/narrow is such a blessing for fitting my feet much better than the original sizing. I so appreciate any sandals that are comfortable, soft footbed and great arch support. I am keeping these, but will have to do something in the heel cup to give me a bit more cushioning. Even at my age I still love shoes, so buy them, they are very sweet and not bulky. Hope Birkenstock starts making more soft footbed sandals. I know I am a broken record. Haaa

I like the color of these- perfect neutral with a nice copper colored buckle. Both the straps and the buckles are smaller than my Arizonas. I ordered the regular/wide size and found them to be very comfortable. I love these and they’ll be my fave summer go-to!

The Arizona in this soft Berki Flor is so much better than the Arizona in the hard leather and hard suede. I was able to wear them for several hours the first day and forget they were on my feet. This soft metallic taupe is a perfect neutral for almost everything I own. And it blends with my skin tone, as well.

People say Birkenstocks are super comfortable, but I am still trying to break them in 2 weeks later. They have gotten better but sometimes I still feel like I’m walking on pebbles. The style is nice at least.

Not impressed

Love Birkenstocks, but sizing can be challenging... In Arizona, I typically wear a 38 Narrow. For this sandal, Sydney, the Narrow was just not enough room. n39 Narrow was way too large. I ended up with a 38 Regular/Wide width, and they fit perfectly. The shoe itself is very cute and I look forward to wearing them all summer. As always, Zappos is the best for online shopping!

I love this style of Birkenstock. The straps are slightly thinner than the Arizona style and look better on my narrow feet. And I love that they come in narrow width. They offer great arch support. I wore them almost exclusively on my recent 10 day vacation with lots of walking and they were super comfortable.

Very comfortable fit, and the metallic color is beautiful.

I ordered a narrow with, but by the time I tighten the buckles the shoes looked funny.

Lucky me, I have bunions on both sides of my feet (metatarsals/toes) and the Sydney model didn't bother them as much as the Florida model so I kept the Sydney. The straps didn't rub into those bunions. I love the arch and metatarsal support. Yes, those are Aldi socks in Birkenstocks.

Perfect fit, narrow fit hard to find in these sandals. Perfect classy color.

As expected, these Birkenstock sandals are of excellent quality and style. However, my usual size did not give me the comfortable fit I had hoped for. Disappointed that I needed to return them.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I like the color and buckles on the shoes. The fit is true to any Birkenstock.

I have always loved Birkenstocks. They were actually recommended to me by a podiatrist years ago. Still wearing them.

My only problem with this order is the color. These should be described as gold, not taupe.

Fantastic style. The strap is just right and high enough over my instep to keep my foot in place for a long walk and no slipping.

I did not want to become the old lady wearing Birkenstock, but they are no joke. I bought these because I’ve been having a lot of pain in my big toe joint due to a bunion. Just wearing these for a couple of days had made my foot feel so much better. On top of that, these are way more sandal-looking than the Arizona (although I might have to have a pair of those too). It’s great to have the buckles to customize the fit on each foot. Worth every penny.

Super cute in graceful! I like that the straps are bit thinner. I am normally a 6.5/7 in US sizes which (I believe) correspond to a 37, but had to go a full size down to a 36. Fits great!

When I went to the local Birkenstock store, it was determined that my best size was 42N. The store carries up to 41N. So when I received the order and tried on and adjusted the strap buckles, the shoes fit perfectly. I wasn't sure that I would like the white, but these aren't exactly white. The finish has a gentle pearlescent glow. In the evening in artificial light, they take on an ever so slight golden glow.
