The Hydratrek sandals are top notch. Both the fit and finish are excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a comfortable pair of sandals. They're well built and worth every penny!

A little softer footbed and very comfortable straps. They have a sponge/cushion underneath straps which makes it feel better. Great color too! I have the blue which looks good w blue or black. I wear a women’s 12 and mens 11 felt great.

Use my sandals typically on fishing outings. My feet are quite often wet, but the shoe withstands the constant wet very well and dry out quickly. The sole both inner and outer are not slippery when wet. Great sandal for wet or damp situations.

These feel great, right out of the box! They're light, but seem to be very well made. I'd highly recommend them for the beach!

I love these sandals... The fit is so comfortable, and you feel confident walking in them as your feet are locked in. I actually bought another pair after the first because I want to have a back up. Got two pair for my wife as well.

Very happy with purchase. I purchased size 13 but feels more like 13-1/2 but still very comfortable and not at all bulky unlike some other pairs are. Would definitely recommend. It hasn't rained here yet so let's see how it goes then. But, overall very happy.

I have been wearing these every single day since they got to me. Great arch support, very comfortable, they look really nice. I also don't slide on slick surfaces.

I plan on using this version while fishing on a boat on the ocean. I like the better grip this version sandal has on wet surfaces.

The spider rubber and design on the sole is great. On the inside part of the back strap there is a "flap" that has to be repositioned every time the sandal is put on or it bends down and is uncomfortable. . Seems to be a design flaw as there is no place to stitch it higher as the plastic triangular connector piece is in the way. Many decades of wearing Tevas but this is the first time I have run into this. My wife bought a pair also and hers have the same issue. Odd. Dave in Flagstaff

The sandals are very comfortable and work really well when they are wet. I use them primary for bicycle touring , sandals have to be comfortable and practical and these sandals fill the bill. There is a piece of material on the lateral ankle support that flops and can be irritating and I may cut it off. Regardless as far as comfort, it is a very comfortable sandal and not as rigid as the hurricanes which I also own and I also had chucos and bedrocks ( not enough support and the toe separator is too irritating) I would recommend this sandal for comfort, price and value.

These are very comfortable and fit as expected. They are also durable and hold up to all sorts of activities, including water play! I like the design, but buyer beware for the Total Eclipse color scheme: the color of the top of the sole (the part you're walking on) looks brown in the photos, but it is most certainly a green sole -- similar to the green on the straps. I was expecting brown from the photos. The very bottom part of the sole is brown as shown/expected. I still kept the sandals because they look great in green.

Comfortable and quick dry just like it says. Not the most comfortable once you get some wet sand in them

I love the way they form to my feet and nothing rubs and causes pain. They are a great fit and the straps are nice and sturdy. The reason I gave it four starts instead of five is that they tend to turn the bottom of my feet a little black in some areas. Hopefully that will change over time but I've worn these quite a few times and for long periods of time, even around water. I love that you can wear them around water! I'd still buy these sandals again!

Normally wear a 12.5 in sneakers. The 12 was way too big.

I am using my Tevas for light hiking and water sports (jet ski riding). The Hydratrek sounded perfect, but it is missing one key thing other styles have - it does not have padding under the strap that goes across the top of the foot and it caused irritation when wet. The Teva Terra FI 5 Universal Hiking Sandal does have that wetsuit-like padding under the strap so it is much more comfortable when wearing them wet. I went with that one instead.

This could be a great upgrade over the Hurricane range thanks to a better sole and the straps padding, while not as heavy as the Terra Fi model. They are also grippy as adveritised. The problem however, is the engraved Teva logo under the heel. This is a dealbreaker. You can defiantly feel it and it is just uncomfortable. Another case of design over functionality? Why would anyone in Teva though this will be anatomaically beneficial. And when you wear the sandals the logo is not even visible, so why bother with it? Truely baffling.

I have a disability and have been searching for a more comfortable sandal to use in the shower. I was really excited when these showed up; they are high quality, comfortable, easy to get in and out of, and they had great traction. However, as soon as the bottom of the sandals got wet, they lost all traction. For being advertised as a water sandal and having incredible traction when dry, it's shocking how slippery they are when wet. They truly have zero traction on wet tile. After narrowly avoiding disaster in the shower when these sandals got wet and my feet shot out from under me, I'm left very disappointed. It's really a shame because they're a high quality, very comfortable sandal but they absolutely are not a "water sandal." I will be keeping them, solely because I don't think they're in a returnable condition now. Disappointing.

After wearing them to the lake and drying outside, they curled up and shrank in the sun. Teva says this is outlined in the warranty, but where is that information when you are buying? Teva refused to replace them. Not cool, Teva. Onward to a better brand.
