I love the color schemes and overall look of the sandal. The footbed is very stiff and hard, but my biggest problem is that the underside of the straps is scratchy and "sharp." They cut into my skin leaving raw spots. My slight bunions on the inside of both feet is not the sandal's problem, but it sure does not lay easily across my feet at the bunion spot.

I've noticed myself slipping a few times I these. They don't have the best grip. I use them as water shoes, hiking, etc.

Disappointed the new material is uncomfortable rigid after wearing for a time. I have worn Teva's for many years and not experienced this before. The size kept varying so fit was hard to answer. Uncomfortable. I tried them on at the store but there was a long enough time to experience the above things I have mentioned

I liked the colors and the Velcro straps. The footbed feels like teeny pieces of gravel and is not comfortable. I want to take them off after a short time.

I had great hopes for these sandals but they were uncomfortable to wear, the footbed didn't have the support I was hoping for and was hard to walk on. Velcro closings pricked my skin when the straps were closed. The sole was too big and might cause a tripping hazard.

I purchased a pair of TEVA sandals about three years ago. Love them. The arch support area of the foot bed is great and properly placed. They were made in Japan. I purchased these TEVA sandals through a Facebook TEVA ad. The food bed is not as thick, not as firm, the arch support is not aligned with the arch of the human foot. The sole is of inferior material. These TEVA sandals are made in Taiwan. The poor quality has me wondering if these are a knock-off? I will NOT be buying any more TEVA footwear.

I've worn TEVA sandles for many years, but these sandles didn't have enough adjustments for my feet. I wear a size 8, but after tightening as much as possible, one strap was gappy/baggy and one had almost an inch dragging on the side. The sole seemed to overly wide. I had to return them.

... compared to previous versions. I just bought this sandal and measured it against my Hurricane 4 style, and these are a quarter inch wider just above the toe strap! No wonder they look so dorky. Why does Teva keep making unnecessary changes? Their sandals were perfect for decades and now all of a sudden they're ugly. I have wide feet, so it's not like I don't understand the need for width, but the Hurricane 4s were perfect. Now I'll have to return these. Not happy.

The Sandals are comfortable to wear, no break in needed. However, the sole completely came off on the left shoe, and they were not even used daily Disappointed with the quality, I expect it to last longer..

I love my Midform Universals and was hoping the Hurricane XLT2 would be a little sturdier and closer to the ground. The Hurricane sole definitely seems high quality, but the straps don't hold my feet securely unless I really strangle my feet, so my feet always feel like they're slipping out of the sandal. That's not and never the case with the Midform Universal straps.

I had my last pair of tevas for over 11yrs. They went EVERYWHERE with me. Hiking in different states, countries, camping, with any outfit. They were amazing. I bought these for my birthday in 2022 and they didn't last a year. The soles were falling completely off. I live near the beach now and have always rinsed them off after. I was really disappointed because I loved the color and fit but quality control was definitely lacking with this pair. :(

POOR QUALITY TEVA SANDALS I HAVE WORN TEVAS FOR ABOUT A DECADE. BUT LATELY THESE TEVAS I PURCHASED ARE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. THE DON'T EVEN LAST A YEAR! MAYBE A SEASON OR TWO. TEVA PLEASE LET YOUR PATRONS KNOW THAT YOU HAVE CHANGED THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY USED FOR TEVAS. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY TEVA SANDALS ; /

I bought these sandals to walk in the city . They are very comfy and perfect if the pavement is dry. The problem is when it is raining, they are very slippery .

Ive been a long supporter of Teva sandals. Ive had my first pair 11 years ago when the outsoles were still mush! Had about 6 pairs since and this was the latest pair i got. I truly think the universal are better sandals than these pair because ive slipped and fell twice on Singapore streets with these. Albeit it rained but I never had to worry with the rest. Got a pretty bad abrasion from the most recent fall. Im okay but ive climbed very steep hills with Tevas during my travelling adventures and i can only imagine falling to my death if I had these on. Im running a race this weekend so bad timing to fall too!

I purchased my sandals two years ago. The left sandal is falling apart. The glue has come apart from where the sole is attached to the sandal therefore I am no longer able to wear them. The right sandal is still in perfect shape. I contacted customer support & because I purchased them over 1yr ago they will not help. One can see that there was a flaw in one of the sandals since the other one is still in perfect shape. Very disappointing when a company does not stand behind their products when something was obviously defective.

I loved how they looked and how the straps felt which is what made returning them so sad! The grooves on the footbed pinched and dug into the bottom of my foot. Even with socks I could feel the groove pinch with every step. When i took them off the ball of my foot felt raw and had an indent from the groove. I do not know why it is there, but these shoes would be perfect if they just got rid of that.

These sandals are cute but don't work for me. I have narrow feet so I got these because I assumed I could adjust the straps for a snugger fit. Unfortunately after adjusting as far as I could it's just too loose so walking for long is uncomfortable. I would return them but unfortunately I have worn them already. Please advertise these are not for people with narrow feet.

The quality is just so atrocious I'm not going to give them another try. I thought there was maybe just a "bad batch" of Teva Hurricane XLT2s, but no. After buying and sending back pair after pair because the sole separates after from 3-5 months, I am now done. I can't do this forever and I can't keep being in the middle of something and have the treads separate from the sole of my shoe! This is not just this style of Teva either. The same thing happened with the Hydratek flip flops and based on what I've read all over the web, since Deckers bought Teva the quality has gone to zero. I literally have pairs of Tevas that were worn summer after summer on hikes, through water, camping, swimming, you name it, and they are still in great shape 18 years later. But the last 3-4 pairs I've bought I have had to return and then return the return...on and on. These shoes are way too expensive to have to replace in less than a year's time. Another company ruined by greed.

I bought these 2 days ago while on a trip in New Orlean's. Of course the French quarter requires a lot of walking and I thought these would be great. Oh, I was so wrong. We went on a 2 hour walking tour and about 30 minutes into it, my feet started to hurt. No matter how many times I adjusted my feet and the straps. It only got worse. By the end of the tour, I could feel blisters on two of my toes and behind my ankle. By the time we got back to the hotel, I had terrible blisters on my big toe, small toe and was bleeding behind my ankle. I will be contacting the store to request a return/refund/exchange. If I could attach photos, I would.

Strap broke within the first hundred steps. Instead of sending them back and waiting for a replacement, I opted to just sew them up myself.
