Everything is great with the short, my only small thought might be the placement to the waist cinch. I tend to like them inside , so they don't get in the way or possibly tangled.

Excellent fit. Lining and elastic waist band are extremely comfortable. Using these shorts primarily for 5-8 mile training runs and so far they have been my go to shorts.

I have done a couple of 10ks in these and find they're very comfortable. Tie on outside of short unlike some competitors is nice so it doesn't dig in. Liner stays put. No chafing. Length is just right for a tall male.

These shorts are super light and comfortable. The built in briefs keep everything 'secure' during high intensity activity. Excited to purchase again.

Immediately became my favorite pair of lined shorts. I love the liner, love the pockets, love everything about it. I wish there was a 5" version with the boxer-brief liner.

I've been hunting for a 'swiss arm knife' of shorts and believe I have found it. Between the gym, tennis, and hot yoga, these shorts work for it in all areas. I wasn't so sure about the liners, but I have some trail running shorts that have them, and it can take a little getting used to, but hard notice they are there. I was also a little worried the front pockets were going to give me a little 'front butt', but they sit flat and hardly know they are there. As they were on sale, I went back and got a second pair.

This is the second generation of these we have bought for my husband. He doesn't love to buy fancy gear for himself, but these are so wonderful that he will come back to buy them again in the future. They are comfortable, look nice, and wick incredibly well.

Great gym shorts. I've probably wore them to the gym 250 times before the liners started to wear out. Super light and breathable. Sometimes I wear them in town just because they're so comfortable. They're short but not overly so, the 5" shorts show a little too much leg to wear out IMO.

I use these for running, and occasionally for swimming. But, they are comfortable enough that I could wear them all day. Great fit, awesome merino fabric - as I'd expect from Smartwool - for the liner, and a comfortable extra-wide waistband. The rear pocket works well for keys, but I'd prefer a traditional key pocket inside the waistband (on the right side, as most of my other running shorts have).

Best shorts I've ever bought. Went backpacking for their inaugural wear and wished I had brought two pair. These are seriously the most comfortable shorts I've been in.

Replacement for old jogging shorts. So light and comfortable.

Bought a couple pairs for my husband and he absolutely loves them. Super lightweight and soft material. Good for workouts or chores around the house. Quality material that you can tell will hold up. 7" length is perfect, not too short. Will 100% buy again, highly recommend.
