I want to love these! But the arch hits way too far back on my foot, like the arch hits close to the beginning of my heel, it’s weird. Otherwise the foot bed is very comfy and the little pads near the buckles on the straps are amazing. In fact, the straps are the most amazing feature about these shoes. I also love the look of the entire shoe, but I don’t think I can wear them with that weird arch placement. I normally wear a nine and these definitely fit true to size.

The weight and pressure of the big toe pad by the toe completely ruined my big toe every time I wore for long distance walking. This has never happened with other teva brands I bought.
After wearing these for 4-6 hour walk, the ligament in my big toe right where the black little pad is gets destroyed and I can't even walk for 3-4 days after (the first time it happened I didn't realize it was from these sandals)
It's a bummer because I love Teva and will order another brand but this specific style is a BIG NO!!!

These are men's or unisex sandals. The footbed is very wide. I am returning them to find a more feminine style.

I wanted a disney shoe for when it rains or water rides. I didn't even wear them 2 hours before I noticed the shoe pushes my pinkie toe into the next toenail. Shoe gives u bad blisters. I wore them in the water in the bahamas. Cut my toe on a reef so no protection. And every tiny rock got stuck in the shoe under my feet and the only way to get them out was to take the shoe off. Ended the day with so many blisters between my toes again. I can't think of anywhere now I'm going to wear these. Sigh. I had high hopes for these. Expensive shoes I don't know if I'll even wear.

Definitely run large. Wore these on a regular day, no rain, and I was squeaking around town like SpongeBob. Not good at all.

I really love the Hurricane XLT2 and thought that the extra padding of the Hydratrek could be good. Out of the box, they felt OK but the sole was nothing like the Hurricane. It felt less supportive and more like just a foam bottom. I returned them and got another pair of the ones that I love. They just weren't for me.
