Lightweight water and wind proof, get it

Everything I hoped for in a raincoat. It's raining now and will be the perfect coat to wear to a concert tonight. Can be worn as dressy or casual. The length will keep my slacks dry.

It's absolutely perfect for rainy days and suits really nice on top of my outfits. Love teh way you can adjust it in the hips. I love the way you can adjust it at the waist.

This is the raincoat I've been looking for forever! It checks all the boxesfit, length, hood, style..and it's totally waterproof. Love it.

This is THE perfect rain/wind/cool evening jacket for Spring and Fall weather. From the best TNF crop -- quality materials, great confection, nice details. It does keep the rain out like the best TNF winter / cold weather parkas do, and looks great. It's not one of those technical pieces that are priceless in a hike but don't quite work in the city. It works and looks great in Brooklyn and the Catskills. I LOVE long jackets and, at 5' 3", this one is perfect in length -- bellow the knees, lovely, not by the ankles. While it's not oversized (can't take that trend anymore, what a dud for a petite), for me, usually a medium in jackets, this M was too big -- more a tent than a top layer. The S works great, both over tees and layers including chunky sweaters. I have it in the dark currant color, which is magnificent, and am considering getting a second one in another color.

Love the length! I've been looking for a longer rain coat /shell for a while that's easy to pack for traveling. Didn't care for the colors at first but now I really like the blue when delivered.

Took it out of the package and wore it today. Best piece of coaching equipment I have bought. The boys on our team were remarking, "It's totally beading up!" Know that it is not heavy but plenty roomy to wear layers.

I bought a khaki one and everywhere I go I get compliments. This jacket is also warm

Dog walks in park. Louisiana where the rain is real. Good for summer or as a top layer in cooler weather. Has a bit of shape too.

It covers almost all of your body and keeps you dry. The only negative is that it isn't so warm for the winter.

Great rainproof coat. Looks a little big even though smallest size.

Perfect raincoat. My pocket came unstitched at the seam after four months. Took it to the store and they said 6-8 weeks to fix and I might be charged if they decide it's not a design defect. Not happy about that.

Fortunately, I haven't needed to use it many times, but when I have it has been what I would expect an L.L. Bean raincoat to be.

Different cuffs would be a plus

My teen really likes the versatility - the fit is roomy (including the arms) for layering underneath, but the waist can also be cinched to give the jacket a more fitted look. Because of this and because she was between sizes S and M, we decided that she could size up (to allow for potential future growth) without the jacket looking huge. My daughter has tactile sensitivities and this jacket is also the only raincoat that she's tried that feels like real fabric - the jacket has a smooth inner lining and the outside material does not give her a claustrophobic feel like she gets from plastic or vinyl. Plus, my daughter wanted a really long jacket to provide maximum protection from rain, and this was one of the longest raincoats of its kind that we've found. Finally, the midnight petrol is a lovely shade of teal, which happens to be my daughter's favorite color. The reason I did not give this jacket the full 5 stars is that the price is rather expensive for what it is. But this is our first TNF product purchase ever, so we'll have to see if their products are worth the extra expense!

Size was perfect and the quality was on point. Love the cinch around the waist that adds some shape to the coat.
