Very well designed sandal with comfort and toe protection .

Good fit, good support

Have had a pair of these sandals for many years. Had to do without for some time till Keen got the newest version produced. I jumped on it when I saw that they were available again

This is the third Keen slipper with toe protection that I have purchased. I forget the model name of the first, but the second was Waimea. Anyway, each pair lasted over 10 years with daily usage. Cant ask for any more durability than that. Love the contoured footbed and the woven fabric toe post that doesnt break like rubber ones. Friends notice the design and Ive recommended to them.

Older versions were a bit wider which gave more stability. Still a great sandal that covers your toe and comfortable all day.

I don't know of another pair of flip flops that I'd rather own. After every 4 or so years I need a new pair, and I'm always a bit anxious about these still being available. Thanks Keen for still making my favorite sandals!

These shoes arrived in a fall heat wave in Northern California, so they have been worn non-stop since they came out of the box. I wear them daily in every activity. I have received many compliments. I am a woman and I wear a European size 41/or an American size 10.5. Sometimes I gravitate to a men's or gender neutral size and this time the decision was golden.

This is my fifth pair of these flip flops. I wear these all the time, boating, camping, around the house constantly. I love em, and cant imagine any other type.

So I had a pair for the for years and after extensively, they finally broke so when I went to order them, they didnt make them anymore and my heart sank and I was crushed. I am so glad they brought these back. This is the best flip-flops I have ever worn so glad I got a new pair of hand. Glad theyre able to purchase again. Never get rid of them.

Only sandals I wear.

Had the Waimea's way back and they lasted forever. These have a great fit, feel sturdy on your feet, and look good. So glad they are back!

Super comfy, sturdy yet light. Love the extra toe protection for the trail, backcountry, etc. Keen stopped making these for a while and I'm so glad they're in production again!

Love the feeling of my broken prior version, but this update still gives the same great quality.

These replace a pair of 8 year old Keen Waimea non-leather flip flops. I definitely got my $ on them and these seem to be the same with a few minor upgrades to material. Fit the same and have same sole so expect similar durability.

I love to wear flip-flops. However, I did not feel comfortable in regular style. My toes were unprotected, and the sole often got caught on things when I walked. I was so happy to discover Keen, Waimea! They are the perfect solution! They are so very comfortable, durable, and protective. I highly recommend them! I am 73 years old. They are great for any age. Theyre very stable, and Im sure theyre wonderful for beach, activities, and many other uses. I wear mine all day, every day!

I have worn these for years. They are so comfortable. They are getting harder to find so scoop them up

I love these sandals and have several pairs that I keep for different wearing situations. I have a house-only pair, an outdoor-working-in-the-yard pair, a "dressy" pair that I wear when I go to the grocery store with different colors, etc. I am such a fashionista, baby! I have mostly Keen sandals in my wardrobe and love them all.

Any way you look at it, the Waimea is an excellent sandal. However, perhaps Im biased in my nostalgia for the original pair I had years ago, but the fit seems a tad bit off. I had to go up a size for a more comfortable fit (an issue I did not have with my original pair in the same size: 12). I found that in this new iteration of the original, my toe was closer to the inside of the toe guard and would have constantly rubbed the inside with each step had I not sized up. Also, the strap/part that goes between the toes from the insole (it used to be a foam rubber made from a similar material as the insole) slightly irritates the top of my foot (as if its a bit too tight). That said, that is the very part that broke on my original pair. So Im grateful that its seemingly more sturdy. But, otherwise, Im happy to see this favorite back in the lineup.

Awesome sandals!

I purchased my first pair of these sandals earlier this year and I absolutely love them. Believe it or not I just purchased a second pair as backup! Although I know my originals will probably last a few years, I was afraid you might discontinue this style and Id never be able to replace them! 5 stars all the way!

So glad to have these sandals back!! I took the blue pair I bought this spring and wore them all over Europe this summer, they held up very well. Please keep them in production!
