A few days after I received this bag it went on sale for 30% plus an additional 15%. Baggallini would NOT refund the difference between what I paid and the sale price. Very disappointing considering I have been a long term customer who has purchased many, many products. Not sure that I will do business with them again.

I love this bag for its size. Some are just too big but this works well for me. I mostly use this as a computer bag currently but love it for an weekend trip. I also can slip one of my other bags over the handle. I know it doesn't have 4 wheels and isn't a spinner but wheels take up space. I have NOT received an incentive for this review!

I was looking for a smaller bag that could occasionally fit under a seat on a plane . This bag has great compartments to separate clothes from tech. I can easily get 3 to 4 days of outfits in here , plus a few things I like to have close by on the plane . My only concern is that it may be smidge , like literally a quarter of an inch too big to fit under the seat , but thats Ok because its not necessarily designed for that . And actually compared to a bag that I normally put under the seat its the same width, so it may very well fit albeit, a tad tight. I really like this bag and look forward to taking it on my next trip! I got the matching weekender bag for a polished look.

Love this bag! It arrived one day and I packed it up that evening for a work trip and then another and another after that. It has plenty of separate compartments for clothes, toiletries, laptop, files, gadget cords and a place to slip your cell and ID after the TSA agent. It is perfect for an overnight trip or for two nights which I have a lot of for work these days. And it fits easily overhead on the smaller Embraer jets and likely under the seat in front of you (although I havent tried yet). This was a great purchase!

Visually a very beautiful roller...but in practice, not practical. When pulling behind you on plane, it hits literally every seat. Because it is almost as wide as the aisle itself, you have to perfectly position it exactly in the middle or there will be contact with a seat or someone's leg. Other than the space for clothes, you are limited to papers in the other two compartments as they are narrow and the zipper doesn't open all the way to the bottom. They should open all the way as does the clothing compartment. Might work for overnight trips when driving and not flying.

I was so excited to receive this, but then realized it was too large for my needs, so I am going to return and purchase the under seater.

I bought a 2 wheel tote and an ID lanyard on 12/31/23. Instead of a 2 wheel tote, I received a 4 wheel carry on, I did not purchase it and returned it. I am in the process of expecting a refund for it. I'm leery to reorder a 2 wheel tote as the fulfillment center did not send it correctly the first time. I called on 1/9 and talked to a Maria and waited for a response for 24-48 hours but no one contacted/emailed me. I called and talked to a Daniel on 1/15 and was told to return the 4 wheel carry on in the same box with a return label. I'm awaiting when I would receive a refund for it. I will not reorder anything from Baggallini until I am fully refunded within 30days. According to Daniel, I have 60 days to replace the bag with free shipping and 30% off as was offered the first time. Am I wrong? I have had a 2 wheel tote for more than 5 years and just wanted something new to replace it as the handles and linings are tearing. It is still sturdy and the wheels still roll. I'm totally disappointed from this past purchase.
