So comfortable! Only took two wears to break in the bottom strap so it didn’t give my toes a blister. They’re great.

These are lighter than most Doc Martins as the heel is not as thick. Well made and slightly larger than normal would size down a bit.

They're really nice but when I took a step they just fly right off my foot, I think the sole is too heavy for a slip on shoe

The sizing was fine (longtime Docs wearer, so that part was simple), but the weight of the sole combined with the thickness/inflexibility of the straps made it impossible to keep the shoe on my foot. No matter how I adjusted the straps, the shoe just wasn't comfortable. Furthermore, even the tightened straps rubbed blisters on the tops of my feet within a one-block walk. I love Docs, but I had to send these back. They were stylish, but awful to wear.

There seemed to be no combination of strap-tightening that would make these stay on my feet. The sole is just a little too heavy to help the shoe move with your foot as you stride. Cute, but not comfortable--and this is coming from a long-time Docs wearer!
