My daughter is a 10.5 women's, I bought her a size 10. We are very familiar with doc martins and know they run on the larger side. These shoes fit just fine in the length but she was swimming in the width of these. It made it impossible to keep the shoes on while walking around. The tightening notches on the strap are misleading. If you try to tighten the strap it will only scrunch the top as there is no structure to the fabric except in the toe box. Very cute and stylish shoes but if you have narrow feet these will not work, even if you size down.

Im so disappointed. Ordered a 9.0 I wear 9.5 they are SOOOOO big. The leather rubs the top of my ankle they are so large!

These shoes are very heavy. Very hard to wear

This was my first experience with Doc Martens - and my last. These are like bricks - heavy, hard and solid. I do not understand why they are popular.

Definitely NOT a standard US Women's size 6! EXTREMELY HUGE, HEAVY & STIFF leather! Disappointing!

Sloppy length is accurately a size 7 nothing else though The middle portion of the upper not only ran all the way to your ankle it up your shin Truly odd fit I love Docs but boy these are way off brand

These are huge and a full size larger than marked. No receipt in the box and Amazon fulfillment center sent them. I'm traveling so I get to go find a library and try to figure out where's Waldo. Thanks.
