The back strap doesnt really work for a narrow heel. You just cant tighten it enough. Not a fan of the bumpy sole, but it isnt terrible. On the good side, they are very light

I'm going to exchange for a different size. My problem is thin feet and these straps stick out all over the place for me. I will try a half size down. It's always tricky finding just the right fit by mail. I love the infrastructure of these shoes - very buffering, and I love the heel adjustments.

Comfortable, supportive and fun Summer shoe! As with vast majority of items purchased these days sizing is different based on the brand. Normally Im a 9.5 and these were true to size. Forward thinking with adjustable straps for those that have slightly wider feet. These Keens have it all, lightweight, adjustable fit, arch support and love theyre from recycled materials!

I consistently wear a 9-9.5 in shoes. I cant try these on anywhere so ordered the 9.5 and they fit like an 8.5! Returning. So sad because they are so cool looking!

Had to go a half size up in these, but keen offered fast and free returns. Love the colors and how comfy they are! Supportive like a sneaker.

I really wanted to love these sandals. Parts I do love are the high, comfortable arch, quality of materials, color, style,overall look.
But the reason I am returning is located on the lateral (outside) side of shoe. There is a flap of fabric that extends from the strap that goes over the mid foot and it kinda bows out creating a gap between shoe and foot. I imagine it would be a collector of stones or debris when hiking. I have a narrow foot and I wonder if a wider foot would hug this flap and fill in the gap.

The footbed is covered in prickly rubber barbs. It's bizarre! More narrow in the toe area than my typical Keen.

The shoe looked different in person than in the photo. Unfortunately, the buckle hit right where I have a painful bunion and also hit my little toe in a bad place. I'm going to exchange for the more tradition Keen style without the buckle.

I wanted to like these shoes, but when I put them on and tried to walk in them the arch support did not fit my foot and it hurt to walk in them, so I returned them. I have not had that issue with a shoe before. They are stylish, but the fit was not for me.
