Exceptionally comfortable boots with excellent arch support. I purchased them in the dark brown color they are beautiful. The leather around the front of the ankle is softer and prevents the potential of rubbing when walking. And because of the arch support and lug soles, it’s possible to walk distances in these booties. Very, very pleased with the purchase!

They look amazing I love the defined sole. I had a lot of trouble zipping them so I thought they were too small but then when I walked around my heel slipped. I could order down a half size, but then I worry they would be even harder to get on. Also it feels snug in the width even in W. I know it will stretche some. I don’t know what I’ll do because I love how they look!

These look great and are soft and comfortable. But they didn't fit great, mainly because they slipped in the heel - a lot. A smaller size is not the solution. I went with another brand (Naturalizer Darry) which were maybe less comfortable but fit better (but not perfect either).

These boots are awesome! I'm a 9.5 Wide and that's exactly what I got! They have very soft leather both inside and out. Totally recommend these boots.

Unfortunately, they did not work. I have wide feet and a bunion.

Very dark green, appears black in indoor lighting. The quality of all shoes has plummeted in the last 5 years. These are ok but not great. 10W was not wide enough or long enough. I don't think I'll reorderm

I normally wear a 9.5 WW or a 10 W. I ordered a 10 wide and it was way too small. It was hard to zip them up and my toes were mushed. They did not feel like a true wide.

I ordered these for a planned trip to Europe. They look beautiful but are VERY narrow. I could barely get them on. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I have a wide foot (bunion) and bought these a half size larger than I normally wear and they fit perfectly. Wore them right out of the box to a Christmas market - walked at least 2 miles and they were great. I have bad feet - plantar fasciitis/bad ankle/bunion and these were one of the more comfortable pairs of shoes I have tried aside from my athletic shoes. Finally some cute and comfortable boots!

These boots are great. I wish I could keep them. The tread on the bottom may give me problems on my upcoming trip so I am going with a pair of boots with a smoother sole. But they look good and feel wonderful.

These boots are ridiculously cute and classy - and really support my arch. I walked around a new city the day after I bought these and did 2-3 miles for 2 days. I was really surprised by the immediate comfort.

When I put them on it feels like I am putting my feet into marshmallows. They are so soft. They are supportive. I love the back zipper.

Loved these boots! Took them on a trip to Portugal, walked through the airport, did some local hiking in them. Perfect!

It's so hard to find narrow width boots. Thank you, Softwalk! The leather is so soft, the dark green beautiful. I did need to remove the insole and wear a thin sock under a medium weight sock to get the heel feeling just right. But that might just be me, with such a narrow heel. No break in time needed. I will be looking to buy another pair of Softwalk boots in the future. And thank you, Zappos!

Absolutely beautiful, great tread! Great style and fit! Would be great for winter commuting and working inside. But I am not fond of the heel zipper. Really, really, wish it used a side zipper!

Very nice qualiity boot. The pull on the back zipper on left shoe was off when it arrived. I checked in shoe and box but the pull was not in the box. Great boot, but too wide for my feet.

These are pretty nice boots for the price!

Made this purchase after returning same model, but beautiful Green that was too small, upon reorder the Green was out of stock in size-up. While this is comfortable boot to slip into on Saturday morning to go out for coffee or perhaps farmers market, it is not the correct fit for me.

Love this boot, but too small even in going 1/2 size larger to be safe. Tried to find size-up, but sold out, bummer-

Liked the looks of these and the zipper at the heel didn’t really seem like it would be a problem. Unfortunately, the last is not scaled to fit the wide width I ordered. It fit but it made the sole not feel like it was a good fit.

Amazingly comfortable when I first tried them on and stayed like that the whole time I had them on! Someone said to order a half size bigger and they were right. I did and they fit perfectly.

Unfortunately, I agree with a previous post---although these are SUPER cute and the leather is so soft, the sliding up and down of the heel and resulting relentless rubbing of my Achilles tendon make these uncomfortable. I will return.

Very snug fit. Nice if you don’t like your heel slipping. But too tight and short. My best size is a 9.5W. In this boot I may need a 10W. But it’s hard to find W in boots.
