I haven't even received the shoes I ordered 2 months ago and saucony customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of and useless when you do. DO NOT order from the website.

I bought the "burgundy" color and they are not true to pics. Much less red, much more dark purple/ pink.

After several efforts of shopping for the perfect sneaker I finally found the one. I tried several types of Saucony (Jazz, Shadow 6000, Shadow original Cohesion) Nothing seemed to fit to my liking. So I finally decided to try the DNX trainer. I'm sold.

Although this is advertised as a DXN Nubuckrunning shoe it is not. It is a poor replica with only strips of Nubuck and the rest some kind of nylon or similar material. As a result the shoe lacks the firmness and grip of the original and it will not mould to your foot the way the original DXN does. I will not buy this again and will continue to look out for examples of the original. I am disappointed in Sauconys deceptive marketing. It calls the corporations integrity into question.

Went to buy the jazz low pro only to see they're discontinued. In their place, it seems is the DXN trainer...same style and quality but 2x the price? They fit well and look good, but uff

I can easily say I have owned close to 30 pairs of Saucony shoes, and these don't fit like any other Saucony shoe I have ever owned. These run about a half size small, and they are the narrowest pair of Saucony's I have ever tried on. I like the look of them, but I would probably just recommend the regular Jazz models as I haven't had this issue before.

I bought these thinking they would be the perfect shoe to replace my jazz low pros that I have loved for a couple of years years now Part of the reason I loved them so much was that they were great for my slightly narrow foot. But also, they were so comfortable. These shoes, which are now offered in "unisex" sizing, translates to mean men's shoes. They are uncomfortably wide and do not lace tightly enough to be comfortable for a woman's foot. I would advise against ordering these shoes. I also ask that you bring back some of your older styles because they were so stylish and comfortable. There is no reason to offer unisex sizing men's feet are much wider than women's feet on average. This means most women will not be comfortable in these shoes. Also note that all the positive reviews were given by reviewers with men's names.

My first disappointment with these shoes was that they aren't as shown in the online photos. It may be splitting hairs, but the vibrant blue portion isn't that cobalt color, it is a dark navy color (barely lighter than the suede portion). This was a big portion of why I bought the shoes. However, after using them for the last month, I have quickly realized that they're just not made well. With these shoes, my feet kill me, even after just a few hours of being on them. After working a full 8 hour day in them, I almost couldn't bear it. They're officially 'trash' shoes, being used only when I work out in the yard. I used to love Saucony, but will not purchase from this company any longer. Seems that the quality has gone down significantly, and it's little better than trash now.
