Good afternoon Foot Joy, I ordered the shoes on line, from Foot Joy. I am currently in Canada, so have have not seen the shoes. I know the shoes were sent to my home in Florida, and my son has put the shoes in my bedroom. I do not expect to be in Florida until November 22nd,2021, before Thanks Giving. So far the online experience has been great and delivery excellent. I wish all services matched yours.

Unfortunately I found the shoe was not my size and had to return. I have been a FootJoy customer for several years and products. I did enjoy the shoe but by just trying them on found they were not the size I needed. I did purchase another pair in the BOA system a Tour X. I have received that shoe and have found the right size and comfort fit I expected from Foot Joy. Thank You for your great products.

Right out of the box holding them in my hands I could tell this was a "real shoe". The exterior has a good feel. Slipping into the shoe was like fitting your hand into your favorite golf glove. The fit was perfect thanks to the Shoe Fit Guide provided by Footjoy. The shoe feels like it has a lower center of gravity than others. I caught myself walking around the house in the shoes not even thinking I had cleats on. Love the shoe! Will purchase a couple more pairs without hesitation.

Service great - especially when I called to get some help - My favorate shoe from all of my many shoes was the Footjoy Countour - wore out two pairs countour was taken off - tried a couple of times to match (wide foot, narrow heel). Finally on my last call the helper helped me out - the classic contour new model will be out in mis September - and I will order, if fits will get two pair

I will golf over 200 rounds this year and am anxious to see if this pair will outlast my last 4 pairs of dryjoys. I am told they will honor the 2 year guarantee and did not let this pair sit in the closet before wearing. I do like the comfort of the shoe, the cleats just grab and retain too much of our courses's, turf.
