I love these pumps! I can wear them all day and at the end of the day, I’m still comfortable.

I really wanted to love this shoe, BUT I was sent a version of it that was not as Zappos has depicted. I was NOT expecting the black Napa to have contrasting white stitching around the top line of the shoe. Otherwise the shoe was a good fit and I liked the style of it.

I usually wear a 7-7.5 with a medium foot - not wide, not narrow. I ordered these in a 7.5 and truly felt like one of the mean stepsisters trying to shove my foot into the glass slipper. While they are pretty and well-made, the sizing is way off.

This pump was tight in the toe box but the 1/2 size up slipped off my heel. I chose to keep the tight pair and stretch the toe boxes a little with my shoe stretcher. They are nicely padded in the footbed and appear well made. The nude color has a pinkish cast when they are near my beige slacks.

I wear a 6W. These pumps feel great! Width is sufficient, and my toes do not feel scrunched.

Perfect fit—SO comfortable while still being stylish. I want to buy them in more colors…. I wish they were cheaper!

Shoes are much lighter than picture. Arrived in an old shoe box with used tissue paper. Zappos, can you please do better next time?

These shoes feel amazing. They didn't take time to break in and I had no sore spots at the end of the work day.

Black Napa. Agree with other reviews. Comfortable shoe. Style is just what I wanted. Look great. I am keeping . The black color matches picture but the shoe has contrasting stitching along sole AND along shoe opening. This is shown in other colors but the black picture doesn’t show this so misleading. I like it but not expected. Also as other person said shoes were not packaged very professionally. Plain brown box. Shoes rolling around in there. Not usual for zappos.
