I received these in the mail just in time to take on a conference. This morning I put them on and one of the straps broke (luckily) before I ever left my hotel room.

After wearing them for a few hours, by design, it starts to hurt across the top of my foot.
Becomes uncomfortable after a few hours of wearing.

These shoes are not good to walk in. My feet kept sliding off. Very uncomfortable. Perhaps it is just my feet, but the straps do not support your foot.

The straps rubbed blisters on the top of my foot. Extremely disappointed as they are not comfortable to walk in at all.

I received 2 pair of of the same shoe. I want to return the extra pair, only I can't connect with the website.
The 2nd pair feel too big, and the Velcro strap won't allow me to tighten them. So I'd like to know what to do? I like the shoe, and would enjoy wearing them, but would like a better fit.
