Cute shoe, but I needed to buy heel grips because the heel was too loose. The shoes were not very comfortable after wearing for several hours, pinching both sides of both feet.

Beautiful shoes. A bit slippery on the bottom so I will need to scuff up the soles before walking on any smooth flooring. Of the 4 shoes I purchased in this order from Zappos, 2 came without the original box, and this was one of them, so be aware if getting the original box is important to you that it’s not guaranteed.

These are really pretty ballet flats. I have not yet worn them, but they were comfortable when I tried them on. Unfortunately, the box arrived badly broken and torn. Thankfully, the shoes were not damaged.

The shoe fit well but because it was patent, it's very stiff and tight. I was afraid it would cause blisters because it doesn't give at all.

Very wide on my foot, slipped up & down. They are very shiny & classy looking. Just too wide so I’m returning them

Cute shoe but very tight , but I know if I wear them for a while at home , the patent gives some and it isn’t so bad . I couldn’t wear them all day but I only wear shoes a couple hours , as home I am bare foot , lol . Thank goodness people can return if it isn’t fitting your foot as needed.

I was looking forward to these shoes as they looked so perfect online. I do a lot of standing and walking on my job, so heels are not ideal, but I still want to have a professional look when I wear flats. I thought this would be the perfect solution - alas, it is not because it is not the perfect fit! I ordered a side 10 which is my normal size in other shoes, but this shoe fits way too snug. There seems to be a teeny bit of room in the toe area, but the piece that fits across the top of my foot is really tight, so my foot can't move around freely in the shoe. I live outside of the US, and it's too expensive and tedious to return them, so I've taken them to the shoe repair store to have them stretched, and am hoping that this will help. I will update if it does. In the mean time, my advise would be to go a half size up.
