The shoes are excellent, but they're a little bit too big. It would have been wonderful to exchange them for a size 12. The listing for the shoe stated 'free returns or exchanges'. When I attempted to exchange, it wasn't allowed because my shoe was not eligible for return or exchange. I am not happy about that.
