The shoes are nice; however if appears that they are retina because the left shoe has a couple of scratches on the back. It also indicates that these shoes are not exchangeable. I just now today received the shoes and will be returning.

Arch support was uncomfortable the way it hit my foot. 7W was short in the toe box and did not look or feel like it fit correctly. Cute looking however, but will return.

I needed a wide in the toe. Shoe felt short but was a nice style and color. I had to send back to my disapointment as they hurt my big toes.
