I just love the look and feel of these shoes. So comfy and beautiful. The fit is perfect with the exception of the heel. It feels like I will roll my ankle. I believe it is the roundedness of the chunky heel which make it feel unstable not the ankle straps as another reviewer mentioned. This is the shoe I have been looking for but cannot wear.

She's are adorable, color great, immediatelystarted hurting my left arthritic, pronating foot. Also, the heel slant is funny and made my back feel uncomfortable, probably too high of a heel for me, but I thought it would work because of the platform.

Really a cute shoe, especially since it is so wide. I have a really wide foot with a narrow heel, so I usually opt for either slides, or sling back. I would have given these a 5 star across the board except they were advertised with a buckle closure, but are actually a velcro close. I hope they will stay closed. I am going to keep them to see how they do.

This has kind of an odd fit. I have super WW foot, but the toe box area was actually loose. The width was great but it was too loose above the top of my foot, if that makes sense. I felt like the ankle strap would be holding my foot in and the front would be kind of floppy, especially when it stretches out some. Very disappointed because it's otherwise a very cute and comfy shoe.

I don't like the phony strap held together with velco-really not secure.

I do like these clogs, however I notice that as I wear them in the course of the day my feet get pinched at the edge of the toe box and swell badly. Not an issue when I put them on. I wish there was an elastic gore in the toe box to alleviate that.

This show seems a bit on the clunky side and I could hear myself walk in them. So could my friend who was on the other end of the phone. I returned them for those 2 reasons. Clunky and with a foam sole, they shouldn't be noisy

They're certainly cute, but I'm not feeling the over the top comfort level as reported by other buyers. Bought in red, 6.5 W which is what I normally wear and I feel they run true to size. Since I typically wear either Vionic or Alegria, I don't feel these offer the same level of comfort. I'll keep them because it's hard to find a red wedge, and the ones I currently own are leather uppers with a solid wood platform. Cute as can be but very hard on the feet. These are definitely a step up from my Herman Munster platforms, but not as comfortable as others I've worn.

I really wanted these to work but the ankle strap was too big. I tried 8 1/2 ww. Maybe a smaller size would work if the toe bed isn't too much smaller. No smaller sizes were available in red.

This shoe is cute. It's mostly comfortable except for the raised area around the heel which rubs. The major deal breaker is that it squeaks very loudly with every step (no exaggeration). Otherwise, it is true to length and width.

I ordered these in a 7N (very difficult to find). The length and width is perfect, but the Velcro on the strap is NOT aligned for a narrow foot. Plus the strap itself is way too long for a N width. Very disappointing, as I was looking for a closed-toe style with good arch support.

I’ve had foot surgeries, tough finding biggish healed shoes, very cute, soft, but angle a bit too much for all day comfort. Shoe very nice but it’s my feet that have a problem, went with a dansko similar design just flatter foot bed with Sammy height shoe

Sadly, this shoe was way too big (long) - I'm so disappointed because it's the cutest!! And seems to be very comfy. Holding out for a size 5.5 - hoping!!

The shoes are very cute and we’re light with a flexible sole. However after a couple of minutes the vamp began feeling tight and restrictive. Sadly I will be processing a return.

I thought these were going to work but the more I wore them the more uncomfortable they got. The foot insert's arch poked into my foot and was very uncomfortable. And these aren't really narrow--my heel didn't feel secure in the shoe. At this price point the buckle should be a functioning buckle and not a velcro strap. Softwalk's sizing is all over the map now. I recently bought a pair of boots from this brand and the size that fit best was an 11M (and I wear a 9.5N)! Crazy. Sizing and quality have really gone downhill. Unfortunately I bought two pairs and wore one pair outside so I'm stuck with that pair but I'm definitely returning the other pair.

Returning these. Don't fit well with the velcro instead of buckle. Why are shoe companies using faux buckles with velcro instead of the real thing?

I purchased this pair of shoes twice (size 10, wide, in red) and love the fit and look. However, after wearing them a few times, the first pair developed a squeak - every step - which is why I bought a second pair. Unfortunately, they also developed a squeak after the third wear. My shoes wear more on the outside edge of my heel and foot, so it might be the way I walk that ruins the shoe.

I should have paid attention to another review which indicated that the Narrow was not so narrow. I could put my four fingers under the front of the shoe along with my foot. I did not pay attention to the actual size and support. This is a return.

I bought the 11 wide and they were so comfy! I loved these and wanted to keep them but they squeaked SO LOUD on my flooring. I just couldn’t take it.

I am disappointed. These shoes are amazing. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever tried on. BUT they are defective. The toe on the left side has an imperfection (a noticeable rubbed off/faded area). These should not have been for sale, on a shelf, and sent out. Do better Zappos. AND furthermore, I cannot exchange the shoe because the size and color is sold out. This has been an online shopping disappointment. The kind that keeps some people from trusting the online shopping market.
