Heel area is quite loose.

The toe box was not high enough for my feet so am returning these. Otherwise true to size and cute.

Shoes were too small with the insert and too big without it. Going to try a half size smaller without the insert.

I love the look of these shoes, but the heels slip every time I take a step. They are beautiful and seem to be well constructed. I'm disappointed, but I am returning these.

These shoes are very cute, but I was disappointed in the fit and comfort. They feel a bit snug in the toes, but because of the cut out on the side ( a style feature that I really like), they also feel like I can walk right out of them. That's why I'm returning them.

The size and fit was fine but there was not enough padding on the inside soul. I actually loved the looks of the shoes.

Too small

I really liked the color, feel and style and fit of this shoe. BUT, the leather is very soft and the on the left shoe it buckled on the inside, like there was an excess of leather at that spot. for the price, it wasn't something I could overlook.

Like my post on another Softwalk shoe, I wanted this one to work. It's cute and comfy, but the heel is really large and was flopping around in the back. Not sure what's up with Softwalk misses on the fit lately.

Shoes were to large - I usually wear an 8 wide, but I think I'll try a 7.5 wide.

I the shoe but way to big and I ordered 1/2 smaller. trying out the shoe while walking on carpet, in my home, shoe slipped off my heel. returning for a refund.

This shoe didn't fit well. It was like I was walking in miniature boats. ??? LOL??

This shoe was EXTREMLY wide for a D width. There is NO WAY I can walk in this shoe. Returning for a refund. I might try ordering a 10W, but I'm sure this shoe would be too short.

Loved the style but the 10 1/2 allowed my toes to hit the end and was too wide. If I tried the next size they would have been even wider. I was sorry to have to return them!

They looked cute on the Zappos model but in real life, the cut-out made my feet look clunky. Very unflattering. Returned.

Terrble fit and frumpy in person.
