The quality is amazing, no doubt, but they're too narrow and I have an average foot. I usually wear a 10 and sized down to 9.5

Excellent shoes...very, very comfortable...One suggestion...the tab on the back of the shoe is too small to get your fingers in to pull on the shoe...make it a little larger....other than that, couldn't be happier...

A great shoe for a rainy day. I do have to spend time outside walking to work and back, which is a few miles. They keep my feet dry and are comfortable.

Stylish and comfortable. I went with a half size up to account for thicker socks.

Good looking shoes, well constructed. I work in the brewing industry and hate wearing rubber boots all day in the brewery. These boots keep my feet dry and are comfortable, but the are VERY narrow. I don't have large feet (usually a 9.5) ordered a 9 they fit fine, but even for my small feet fit VERY narrow. I am hoping they will break in more and not be as tight on the sides. They are waterproof so far and are great for being in wet environments all day. If you have wide feet I wouldn't be surprised if they don't fit well. Definitely order a size down as these size smaller than other shoes.

I never received my order, which has never happened to me before in all my years of ordering merchandise online. Sorel's "investigation" that lasted two weeks determined my package was delivered but they did not offer any evidence that it was. Sorel told me to contact the delivery service they used, called OnTrac, but OnTrac kept telling me to contact Sorel. Furthermore, OnTrac's webpage doesn't even exist anymore so who knows what is going on there. Both companies just give the run around, have awful customer service, and can't be trusted.

The return policy on these are sad. I have an issue with the right shoe rubbing top of my foot. I believe. It to be a manufacturer defect. I have to pay to return them and lost what I already paid in shipping.
