I ordered a wide shoe size but it was very narrow in the toe box. It pinched my toes. I had to return this shoe.

I purchased these sneakers in an 8 wide and also a 9 wide to see what fit best. I'm typically an 8.5 with somewhat wide feet, yet can often wear medium width shoes. Both a friend (who is 8.5 not wide, ever) and I tried these on and neither of us felt they were wide at all, definitely still a narrow shoe. Pinched toes, along with no support and a flashy brand across the shoe made this a no for both of us. Sorry Mr. Haan!

I wouldn't call this a wide width.

My heel is small and slipped out of back of shoe so would cause rubbing issue. Sorry, Cole Hahn is a great product for me usually.

Heel was too wide. My heel slipped up and down within the shoe.

While the Crosscourt fit - it offered no support that I'd expect from Cole Hahn.

There's a reason the wide sizes are nearly all sold out. The shoe has a slightly narrower toe box than similar Cole Haan's. They look great. The footbed was well cushioned for a casual shoe. Regrettably returning. Hoping the wide version of my size comes back in stock.

The shoe looked just as advertised - very stylish and exactly what I wanted. However the width was too narrow for my widish foot that normally fits into a 8 regular width and it pressed against the top of my foot even with the laces extremely loosened. Unfortunately, I have to return them.

I'm very confused by this sneakers sizing. I own CH grand crosscourts in white purchased from another store in 9.5 B, which are amazing. These are snug and narrow. I have several pair of CH sneakers and boots being worn at all times and I've always ordered the 9.5 B. I truly want black crosscourts and I don't know how to order going forward.

Fit and style were nice, need some arch support.

Width and length true to size, but no arch support. May be returning. They look good. Minimal branding. Classic court style.

Bigger than expected. Bought this brand before which was truer to size.

I took a chance on these in a B width since I often need a wide. Widths not offered with this style. And sure enough when I put them on they were very uncomfortable; very narrow. Sent them back.

Love the style but needed a wide shoe and the shoe is so narrow at the toe box. Didn’t feel comfortable at all, felt like I was wearing heels with how scrunched my toes were.

Most medium width shoes work for me unless the brand is cut narrow. I think this brand is geared toward narrower feet - squeezed whole foot & toes, in my usual size 9 medium. Too bad -- they're cute. Got some higher-topped naturalizers instead, similar look, feel great.

The fit and size was good. However, I wear leather sneakers, because manmade materials make my feet sweat. I wore these and within an hour my feet were overheating and sweating. I thought it was the socks. I realized after wearing the second time that there is a lining in the shoe and it is the lining that is causing the trouble. Why is there a lining?

Material feels cheap and plastic-y. Sadly, this is not the same grand cross court I ordered 3 years ago. So disappointed that quality has gone down.

Cute and stylish but very narrow toe box. Returned.
