I already have these shoes in navy and I love them for travel. They are sooo lightweight. However, I don’t know if Cole Haan has changed how they are made in the year since I bought the navy shoes, but these black shoes were very uncomfortable. They had zero cushion under the ball of my foot. I tried 2 different pairs, thinking the first pair was an anomaly. I even tried on the navy pair to compare. Apparently Cole Haan has cut back on the cushion in the insole leaving them very hard and uncomfortable. I could not wear these shoes. I’m so disappointed.

great shoes but with one big drawback that make me to return it - the little thing at the back of the shoe that is used to pull on/off the shoe scratches and hurt my feet and make me can't walk

Love how these look, but the tongue has a split in the middle and it rubs on the top of my foot. Seems totally unnecessary to add a textured split right there.

Did not fit true to size. Wanted to love them. But returned. Seemed narrow around toes. I am a medium width. Order up a half size.

When I 1st put these on I was in love with the comfort and staying. But after wearing then around the house a bit, the heel kept slipping up and down, even after tying then tighter. So sadly, I returned them. I do have other Cole Hahn Zerogrand and they do not do that.

They do not have any traction and after walking for about an hour or standing my feet hurt. They are pretty decent shoes but they are not good for what I need them for.
