Not stretchy at all .. very disappointing at the fabric

I order this pants thinking they will stretch from the waist like old haggar pants I've had in the past but I was surprised as they do not give any stretch in waist like my other haggar pants I had before. Now I know these are true to fit and give bare minimum to stretching on the waist section

Poor quality, really like them but the first time I put them on I noticed the seam below the fly is poorly sewn. There are loose threads sticking out all over the seam and if I pull out too many the pants will probably split right down the middle. This is the second pair of Haggar pants I have purchased with this problem. My recommendation is to spend a little more money and buy a higher quality pair of pants.
