I can not rate this shoe because I never got a chance to wear it. All my other shoes are 10.5 so I ordered this size. They are way too tight. I don't know whether to order a larger size or a larger and wider size. I don't want to spend the next month trying to find the right size. I guess I will just go to the retailer and try on shoes till I find one that fits. Bummer.

We had to send back twice because of the fit of this Ghost 16.tried a 11 1/2 and then a 12both did not fit well.normally we love the Ghost shoes. Between my husband and I, at least 10 pairnot usre what happened to this year.

I got them because they were on sale, and i generally love Brooks shoes for walking and running. This pair didn't have nearly as much arch support as my last pair of ghosts did, but other than that they were comfortable and didn't take long to break in.

Tried walking/jogging, no noise. Removed the inserts that come with the shoes. Inserted my new plantar fasciitis inserts (needed). Now have an audible 'crunching/rubbing' noise when walking, jogging, etc. Seems like one slick fabric rubbing against another slick fabric. Have not had this noise with my last two pairs of 'ghost' shoes. Noise is tolerable but annoying, maybe enough to shop for a different shoe. Trying to find a fix. Put tape on the fabric, no joy. Would appreciate some help finding a solution.

Ghost 15 had more room in the shoe

I had the Max last time and the 16 this time and the cushion just isn't there like it used to be like on the 15. They hurt my feet if I wear everyday. kind os disappointed. The insoles are totally different not as comfortable.

Not the most comfortable Ghost pair I have had. Seems a little narrow or short in the toe area. Perhaps they will stretch out a bit after running a few times. Hope so.

Not enough cushioning for me. I selected Glycerine 22 which are fantastic. Shoe run small so go up a half size.

I don't like them as well as the ghost 14

I've beenusing Ghosts almost exclusively for a few years now. Absolutely loved the previous Ghost versions, but this one is so tight on my toes even though its the same size as previous Ghosts. I'd recommend sizing up for this model, or just waiting for the 17

After a blister on my first run, I won't be able to use these, they do not fit the same as the previous ghost. The bottom of the shoe feels good but the sides and upper mesh are different.

I have always loved the Ghost series and had a couple of pairs of 13's that I absolutely love and finally wore out. I bought a pair of 16's because I thought it would be similar. It is not. The insole is terrible compared to the 13. The contour does not feel like a shoe I would ever run in. My heel feels like it's sitting in a pit as if it was an old, worn in shoe. The overall fit of the shoe seems to be a 1/2 size off of the fit between the toe box compared to around the heel. Might be good for some people, but only a walking shoe for me.

Felt nice on first few runs, after a handful of miles started getting a bit of knee pain, maybe not enough support for me

I like the lightweight of the Ghost shoes. I am not a runner so not qualified to rate these shoes as running shoes. I do not like the sole design as well as the Ghost 15 which had sipes in the soles that provided better traction on wet surfaces.

Long time Brooks fan. This version of Ghost was subpar -my feet hurt ! The lack of cushion is notable . Would not recommend.

Loved the 15 and hope time will let me love the 16. Definitely a different shoe. Lighter and less bulky but not as much heel impact support for a 71 year old walker.

Not as comfortable as the Ghost I had from 2 years ago. Disappointing because I had already returned Adrenalin 24 that were the worst sneakers I had in a long time.

I've had every pair since the 11's. By far my least favorite pair.

Seem to have made the toe box narrower and the shoe a little shorter overall. Doesn't seem as soft as prior versions. Will be returning and trying Glycerin instead.

I have been wearing Ghosts forever. This iteration feels very narrow and shorter than the typical 9.5 I wear. I miss the 14's.

I have been wearing brooks ghost for over ten years. I feel like my recent one does not have much cushion.they did not have that great new shoe feel.Brooks may have lost a long time customer unless you have a good suggestion?
